I am a former employee of dollar general. I'm the only one wh has been there over a year. For starters they forced me to be part time all because I had a second job that didn't interfere with my work time at dollar general. After that the new store manager then took me from 30 hours a week to 11 hours a week. I was off 8 days cause not only was I scheduled to be off but I was also hospitalized. I came to work on a Friday where I was then told I was fired and the paperwork from hospital wasn't needed, but I was offered a transfer to another store. The person that fired me then hired the same person she claimed I was an unauthorized person I left my keys with while I made a bank run. She promoted her to my position soon she fired me.
