Dollar General

On may 16, 2020 at 8;36 am transaction# 890740319218039914510926910419913013321681 my item was # [protected]-105 >35lb dog chow I was a customer in dollar general in which I shop if not everyday but every other day, when an associate name doug spoke with the cashier and said I am so sick of people coming in here asking for something hell if they don't see it we don't have it. Then I in turn said no that not good customer service, you don't say that because you may know where the item is located and the customer can't find it, doug in turn said that's why they need to look for it, so I said I don't know who trained you but they trained you wrong and that I have been in customer service all my life and would never say that around your customers, doug said there is nothing wrong with them looking for it themselves, so I ask him is it that you guys have gotten complacent with the way you feel is right or do you just don't know, until this associate is trained the way he should address customers I think I will shop somewhere else, and if nothing is ever done you will lose more customer like myself.
