I pre ordered a fruit arrangement for a birthday in TN via the internet. I received the conformation number and went about my day. Monday, 3/30 came and my delivery never showed up. Tried calling the local store and the VM was set to pick up automatically and was full, thus not allowing you to get in touch with the store. I called customer service and they acted like they had some top secret number where they could "reach the owner"….it went straight to VM as well. The "customer service rep" assured me it was being delivered and they had up to 7:00pm to do it…..shocking, it never happened. The rep also told me to call back at 7:00pm if it wasn't….i called back and they were closed LOL.
NEVER AGAIN will I trust these guys
