Lowe's - Customer service at Lowes NW Austin; constant address issues with account

On 5/7/23 I purchased items online #[protected], which included 2 cellular shades. Pickup delivery to my car was great. I entered store to see about getting 1 set cut. Customer service ladies were very receptive - I showed the shades and produced my phone with the receipt if they needed it. They directed me to the blinds cutting section. The girl there (Ashley?) seemed unenthused. She said she could not cut the shades because they are Allen and Roth brand, which I get, however, she took her fingernail and tapped on the box writing "trim at home" & told me to do it myself & I would need a saw. I again stated that I just needed the length trimmed. She then told me they can't be cut in length at all "they're cellular" - which I researched before I went & know that is not true. I needed to shop in plants, so I purchased $50.57, I do not have a receipt, but I paid with debit card ending in 3435. The young man at the outside plant area checkout was the worst experience I hope to ever have in customer service. I produced my receipt for the blinds to let him know they were paid for & that I just brought them in for cutting. He said, "did you talk to anyone who can prove that?" I told him customer service & the blinds dept. He picked up the phone to try & verify that and called both depts! I had a receipt! I did not have my Lowes card, so he took my DL and asked the last 4 of my social, phone, zip. He said it didn't identify me correctly. Everything was correct. Anyway, I've done that many many times in Waco and in Abilene with no problem. He would not let me charge on my Lowes card. 3 times during this process he told me, "If you'd keep your card with you, there wouldn't be any question." He held up the whole line with his arrogant attitude. I finally paid with my debit card to get away from him & this store. His last words were to remind me if I'd had my card there wouldn't be this problem. I've shopped in Lowes probably longer than he's been alive. There is obviously something on my address in the system giving me problems. I cannot even log in, I pay over the phone. I am still trying to recover a $75 gift card I used in January, 2022. They canceled my order that I paid with a gift card - filed for a GC refund #[protected], which I only recently discovered they sent to an address I have not lived at in almost 7 years, even though I have made several attempts to get my address updates and they assure me that it is. Something is very wrong there. Thank you.

Desired outcome: 1. Notify the appropriate store t not to humiliate customers. 2. Correct my address 10120 Bunting Dr. Waco, Texas 76708.3. Refund Lowes gift card #[protected] $77.81
