KFC

The things that a I as a customer look for in a fast food chain, of any kind is, customer service, quality of food, freshness of food and, last but not least is the pricing! Having been raised on the west coast and growing up on KFC these things were, by and large consistent where ever we went.. I rarely frequent the KFC in Azle any more due to the lack of these attributes. When they first opened, you couldn't ask for any thing better, after about six months, everything turned to [censored]!
i just came back from the local store and went to Chicken Express. While in the local store, the prices were astronomical, the batches of chicken could sit on the warming tray for up to an hour, not conducive to the "fresh taste expected". I'm no gourmet cook, by any stretch of the imagination, but I can tell when the cooking oil needs to be changed, (that comment from previous visits!) I was also told that I could only get the "white" gravy certain days of the week. In trying to obtain advertised specials in this store, I was told that, "they don't participate" in these specials. All in all, a very disappointing experience, and no one seems to care. I would find it hard to believe that an owner would be satisfied with this kind of performance!
