On Wed Nov. 29 2023 I place on order on the Jack In The Box Mobile app for the location at 2727 W Wheatland Rd Dallas, Tx 75237. I made it to the location to pick up my order. I made back home and realized I didn’t get my Oreo Milkshake so I checked the rest of my order to find out that all my fries were ice cold my jumbo jack was not made correctly and my egg-rolls were cold as well. I went back to the location to get my money back only for my jumbo jack meal and the manager on duty called only what I could assume was the store manager. She then came back to tell me there was nothing I she could do and that I had to request a refund in the app. Stood in the restaurant trying to figure out how I could request the refund in the app and there was no way to do it. I informed her that I couldn’t do it the app and that I needed my money returned to me. She told me that it wasn’t her problem and I needed to figure it out. She told me to come back in the morning to talk to the store manager and I Refused to do so and she called the manger back and proceeded to speak in Spanish so I said to her “speak in English so I could understand “ she then said “she doesn’t speak English”. I told her “well how am I suppose to speak with her in the morning if she doesn’t speak English”. At the point I am extremely upset because my order was not made correctly, it was cold and I couldn’t even get my money back and my order was over $30. I need to speak with someone IMMEDIATELY about this situation with a resolution ASAP
