Bought two dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my wife’s birthday on Jan 5 2022 and the strawberries were bad. I couldn’t get a refund bc it was passed the 24 hour refund window. I will never ever buy from them again. I never had a problem with them bf but when u start spending the kind of money this product demand and can’t get a refund is insane

I'm experiencing a similar issue with the Woodbridge, NJ location.
Thursday 1/26/23 I was told by Syed a 3rd party overseas contact for "corporate" the matter will be reviewed, and I should hear back in 24hrs. I followed up on Monday 1/30/23 and was given the run around by a few ppl as Syed was on an extended lunch. As of today 2/2/23, my refund hasn't been issued.
I'm very disappointed as I have been a customer of this brand for yrs and my concern is being swept under the rug. This particular location has a very low score, I can only imagine the horror stories ppl are experiencing.
It's very unfortunate!
