On December 13, 2018 location 5350 Montana Ave in El Paso, Texas at 06:41:50 pm time. I went through the drive thru to place my order of combo number 10 with a seven piece jalapeno and a large sweet tea. Clarissa, the person taking my order at the time, didnt put my order on the screen so I didnt know what I had ordered. She simply just told me that my total was going to be at the window. At the window she repeated my order but I corrected her by saying that i had order 7 piece jalapeno not 3 like she had repeated to me. She then "fixed" it and even repeated it again with 7 japenos. I said yes and she charged me. She gave me my food but as soon I arrived home to eat my food I notice that it was the wrong order. What she gave me was a number 7 with 3 jalapenos instead of the 7. I went to check my receipt and she hadnt corrected my order at all. I drove back to the restaurant to return the food and replace it with the correct order. I waited to be helped a good 10 min before the cook came over to help me. I told him i needed to speak to the manager and he went to grab Clarissa. She came up to me I explained to her the situation and she just grabbed my bag and through it away without even looking inside of it and ask if i wanted my money back and I told her no i want my food replaced. She had an attitude towards me and made me feel realy uncomfortable like as if I was the one that did something wrong when all I wanted was my correct order. She didnt appologize or anything she just grabbed the bag with force as if she was mad and through it to the trash and took my receipt. I didnt want to cause a conflict so I didnt say anything. She then came back with my order but, again, was wrong and only gave me 3 jalapenos instead of 7. I explained to her the order was wrong again and she quickly cut me off saying i didnt mention the jalapenos, that all i said was the burger. At that point i explain to her that I had told her my whole order was wrong. She insited on saying i didnt mention to replace the jalapenos so as to wanting to argue with me but i insisted in telling Clarissa that I just wanted my food and leave. She walked away and started talking to the cooks in spanish about me and how i was irritaging her but i didnt want to say anything. Even though I understood what she was saying. After she finally gave me the correct order i had asked for the receipt but she refuse to give it back to me saying that they have to keep it for refrence. So I had to ask for a copy politely so i could make a complaint from the bottom of the receipt. She ended up giving me a receipt with no code or anything to contact higher ups. I was extremely upset about this experience and will not go to this place ever again. They need to higher more people who actually want to work and have good customer service which Clarissa was lacking tremendously.
