I went through your drivce thru on 10/23/2023 around 9:00pm, I had ordered my familys meal and was almost done. (Not that much literally just 10 tacos a kids meal a 8 piece nugget and 2 breakfast jacks.) It was raning but nothing serious at all. No lightning no thunder nothing. I however got wet and my car was drenched because the man taking my order kept telling me "Stop let the rain pass" Like I said after about 5 minutes of this and im already done he said sorry I cant take your order the manager "Lisa" said we cant take anymore orders due to weather. I took pictures and videos I can send to show that the weather wasnt bad at all! I have come to this location for 6 years because im a local Scott would NEVER EVER make an excuse like this which is another manager we have come to know over our many visits. This loaction has been open in snow and ice! so I was so tooken back that a little rain stopped them from taking our order and AFTER I HAD COMPLETED IT, GOT SOAKED AND WAITED PAITENTLY FOR THEM? Not good management or customer service at all. I went down to taco bell and they where so polite and took our order no problems when I told them what happend to us they couldnt believe it! I hope you can work on this type of stuff to improve this location because what a bummer. I lost my mom a month ago and was just looking for something easy for my kids for the night because today was a hard day for me.
Desired outcome: I would like some sort of apology. Maybe even a gift card for my family to return and try again this next time.
