I called and submitted my complaint on December the first, with corporate.
Corporate said to wait for a call from the DM.
I spoke with the DM on the third about this, and was told she would pull the video feed and would call me back. I did not receive a call back, so I called the DM this morning and she has still not pulled the video feed, and I am progressing this situation from here. I am being blown off and am not satisfied at all. The manager is lying and saying I call her employees names, which is not true at all. The manager at this store constantly harasses me every time I go into this store. She is racist and refuses to help to find items, or pull items down that I cannot reach off the shelf. She has constantly followed me around the store and makes snide remarks every time I am in her store. I live down the street from the store and I should not have to go to a store 5 miles down the road to get my groceries. The manager has been letting people into her store before 7am in the morning to shop, either that or they are walking out of the store with goods without paying for them. The manager makes it a point when I check out to say something snide to me. I have tried not to shop at this store, unless I need to run in for something like milk. The DM has said she has spoken with the Manager and is taking her side, without even viewing the video footage. I only want to shop in a store where I am not harassed. I have also been told by other shoppers that they are treated the same way by her, and they refuse to go back to her store and shop. The store manager threatened me and told me she would call the cops on me and press charges for trespassing. I don't like being threatened when I have done nothing wrong to begin with. This manager has harassed me going on for a long time now, and I refuse to be treated this way. I will NOT be going back into this store and will do my shopping at other stores because no one needs to be treated this way.
