I was just looking at some of my papers and I found a complaint I guess I did not sumit. Could you please help me with this matter... I was in the store on November 21,2021. I purchased two Gift cards. When I got home I had neither. I called the store the store manager said she had seen the assistant manager put them in a bag with some head sets I had bought my grandchildren. I looked I still did not see them. I ask her if she would call the coraporte office as to see what the portcal of tracing gift cards, I gave her my number. I did not hear from no one, so I went into the store. The assit. manager was there he said he would show me the camera. Whie we were looking at the camera he stated see I put them in the bag with the bath sponges, so the story was changed, nor did they offer to show me who was after me in line. My husband was found dead on Oct 5th, 2021. I wanted to get out for a minute. This sore has really been good for the neighborhood. I have been going there ever since it opened. I have my recipts. What is the portacol of this policy? They were for a $100.00 each. In the past when I have purchased gift cards they give them to me to put in my wallent or purse. Please help me with this matter. Thank you
