I ordered and purchased a storm door from Lowe's in Gun Barrel City, Texas Store #1801 on 03/17/22. Due to a communication error from the store, the initial evaluation with the installer was delayed by weeks. When the door arrived, another install date had to be scheduled. When the door was finally installed the install team and I noticed a gap at the bottom of the door at the threshold plate. The installer failed to contact Lowe's to order the required part.
I notified Lowe's of the problem and the part was ordered on May 05, 2022.
When the part arrived I picked it up from the store and have been waiting for the completion of the installation. Each week I contact Lowe's which is unable to reach or schedule the installation of the threshold. I have requested that Lowe's find another installer which they have failed to do. Lowe's and the installer have been unable to complete this project. I am left with the part not having a solution to this problem. The original Project No. [protected]

I am having a big problem getting a storm door installer to keep his appointments as promised.
I am trying to hold my tongue from saying how disappointed by this experience of being lied too!
The installer appointment was 10:AM he never appeared and we received no phone call as to the reason for not coming or rescheduling !
This is pitiful customer service.
