They fired me after being put on bed rest because I went into pre term labor even though my doctor said I could work I would just have to sit down but my district manager Michelle Garcia (west Texas) said there's no point of me working since I cant stand up. My manager was out on maternity leave so Diana the manger now 2023 was calling the district manager and changing my schedule without my knowledge demoted me without my knowledge. Diana then said Michelle wanted me to try to do my maternity leave which they denied me. Now I'm non rehireable nd they're saying I left on bad terms though they discriminated me
Desired outcome: They should be investigated for malpractices and breaking policies.
