On 01-22-24 I put in a delivery order through the app for breakfast, shortly after I received a text that my order was canceled and I should contact the store for further details. The person who picked at my nearest location off 105 west in montgomery tx was very rude to me, refused to give me a phone number to ask about a refund for my food. He told me all can do is give me a gift card that I can use for further purchases. I asked for corporate number and he hung up on me. All I want is my refund. I'm no longer interested in getting food from them. Everytime I order from this location I either do not get all of my order, it's cold or it's gets canceled with no refund.
Claimed loss: I'm out 21 dollars. I just want my refund for the food not delivered.
Desired outcome: Just a simple refund
