Dollar General

I shop this store often. It seems like every time I visit there seems to be a problem or incident. Mostly employee customer service. This location is always unclean and messy and things like orders strung all over the floor. There are always carts in the parking lot which I normally take initiative to take them in when I arrive as a courtesy. I visited this location this evening at approximately 9:40 p.m. I had several items on the Dollars General list to purchase and was gathering up the items. At 9:50 a employee I was told is Jasmine approached me and stated the store was closed and I should go to the registers immediately because the will turn off anytime. I had only two more items to purchase and told her so nicely. The then told the man cashier what she told me. It panicked me to find the others two items so I checked out without the items . There was also at least another shopper in the store and I assume he was told the same thing. There has been many other incidents at location which I will not go into at this time. However on a good note I've noticed you have expanded your refrigerated merchandise As I feel like I must leave or be kicked out of the store. I didn't have enough time to explore since I was The newly renovated Family Dollar store has just opened up down the street. Perhaps I should shop there. I have over 25 experience in retail sales and I know this is NOT the way customers are treated. I have also heard negative thoughts from others about this store so I'm sure there are many others that have experienced problems at this location. I'm not normally a complainer but feel this is just deserved. I'm known to also contact send correspondence of praise as needed when I feel appreciated.
