My worst visit to a Lowes store (store #1504), the staff is not professional and not helpful at all. All the cashiers were closed, only self-checkout is open which kept erroring when I scanned my Lowes CC, the store attendant doesn't have a clue on how to overwrite the system or resolve issues. I stood for 35 mins at the station waiting just for her to correct an error which she was unable to, and instead of calling someone to help she asked me to go to the customer service station where I met another rude attendant.
I left the store & went to Homedepot across the street.
Never going back to this store again.
