I live 105 miles from the closes Lowes. I bought a Samsung washing machine on line that was in stock at the lowes . I made the purchase of the washer and mandatory hoses and was emailed about an hour later that my purchase had been picked and was ready to be picked up. The next day I drove 105 miles to the Lowes at 7901 Callaghan road. I showed my receipt and after about an hour they could not find the washing machine I purchased. The mandatory hoses were ready but no washing machine. They claimed they had no washing machines in stock and would not sell a floor model. Their solution was to send me a washer about 3 weeks later if it comes in. No guarantees that if we waited another 3 weeks it would actually happen. They finally found a washing machine in a back room that did not show up on their inventory, and I bought it.
Why are you selling something that you do not have? Why did you waste my time? Why did I end up with a machine I really did not want? Why did I drive 105 miles and have to accept what was left and spend an additional 2 hours?
Why are you advertising merchandise that is not in the store?
