Friday September 1st, at the location on 35 south, 2012 GMC Acadia, test drove it withe the sales rep took it to a mechanic shop where I was informed it was the motor mounts and axel that needed to be replaced. Also the windshield was also broken which I was told all these things including the AC would be fixed under the warranty. I agreed because I asked over 10x these things will be fixed at no cost to me the sales rep and the some lady in the office with no teeth said yes as we went over the contract I gave 1700$ down. The sales rep and me inital on a paper and write where the issues were at and what needed to be fixed so that would be the paper trail of it. Now they manager at this location said im liable because the rep put it o. The inspection form not the “we o” form. Which I dont even know or heard of that form. Basically not my mistake. The rep stated he spoke with the manager and he said the day of purchase that these things would be fixed and now doesn’t want to fix my car, the first payments is even due yet! I have screenshots where the rep stated he put it on paper. I just want the car fixed or my money back, I have limited income and my child is disabled I cant be left thrown on the freeway again, oh yeah the same day I drove off the car stalled out on the side of the highway by burbank highschool 2 exits up from the location I got it from.
Desired outcome: Fix the car or give me my money back or Pro rate for miles i used the car this is very sad to do people this way
