I arrived at your store around 12:30 on December 1, 2019. I picked up my 2 items and went to the check-out line. There were 2 register lights on. One of the registers with the light on did not have a cashier. The other lane was 4 people deep. I stood at the line with the light on but no cashier. I was abruptly told by the cashier, that was working with other products on the floor, that I could stand in the other line and wait to be checked out. I explained that the light was on for this register and the other line was a little long and would like to be rung up. The EXTREMELY rude cashier went and flipped her light off knocking over the small fan that was in front of the light switch. She then told me that the lane was not open. I explained that it was when I approached the register I could tell because the light was on. She very begrudgingly rung me up. I said thank you. She told me that I was NOT welcome. I Screamed, "I WANT A MANAGER!" I was asked why I was yelling like that. I gave her a look and told her I was not paying for my product until I got to speak to a manager. The manager did come to the register and explain that she would speak to her employee after her shift was over. This manager let her employee continue to treat your customers that way until the shift was over. That was the only resolution given to me. I was not given a receipt and at the time, and I was so hurt and upset by the treatment I received at your store, that I did not realize it until I wanted the cashier's name when writing this complaint.
I do hope you uphold your corporate mission statement:
