December 1, 2020, at Laser on16535 Southwest Fwy I arrived at my appointment with my Groupon the receptionist stated (Jessica) I need to purchase the package which would only be 900 more I just need to pay 280 I needed to put a card on file, and start treatment even though I purchase the Groupon for 400 let's just say she created my sign in with signing all the documents I was never able to see any cost information, what would be taken from my account or anything, I was in the back getting the laser done that day by (ashley) I believe her name was or someone who worked under her because something had to happen to another customer. waited over 30 mins in the room because they had other issues going. I get home to receive an email later that night to sign in to the account that I created I needed to reset the password and I saw the price and how she lied on top of that I was charged cash that day they didn't use the Groupon so I called in the next day to ask for a refund I was told she would see what she could do the next day not only did they claim the Groupon they said I couldn't recover my cash refund either and since I I paid I should just keep coming in to get treatments oh, and she was able to close the account just not refund me. I ask to speak with management never happen I asked if I could have a higher-up number never happened. I just want my refund it's been ongoing for a year and still nothing. They said they would have someone contact me never happens I would post the picture of the document she signed which is not my name.
