Downright rude customer service from so-called manager CHAD location 4695 - TX 121 Lewisville TX 75056. Reservation # Z952GN informed me that all had for rental was a pickup truck. Car accident reported they Nationwide Ins - I said you are required to provide a car in line with my Nissan Maxima. He said there's nothing else I can do. I said unacceptable. Tell me why you can't get me into another car? He said I didn't have a reservation and I said I did and provided it to him; as he still refused to assist me. What Chad could have done was get off his lazy butt and called other locations to accommodate a customer but he chose not to. I took it upon myself and called a different location within 15 min away. I called Plano TX & provided her with my res# and informed her of what CHAD told me. She said hmm well, I don't know why he told you he only had a pickup truck and said I can get you in a Nissan Altima, in which I took her up on it. Chad is incompetent and rude and one thing I'm not going to tolerate is someone who thinks I's going to provide me with the worst service along with a truck. He shouldn't be working there and is shady and based on info he gets from attitude - Sarah from Caliber Collision doesn't work with me! Enterprise needs to learn how to treat customers and shady with whom they rent to the cars they provide as discrimination is well and alive at this Lewisville location. I have also reported this unfair treatment to the FTC! The federal govt needs to know how Enterprise CHAD is running this business
Desired outcome: An Apology, should have been treated fairly and respected-Due to Chads negligence frr rental for 3 days
