An arrangement for the Chocolate Christmas Treats & Bouquet was ordered on December 11, 2020 for delivery on December 21, 2020. My order F1150103004 was delivered which contained withered, shrivelled, faded, and dried out flowers. The Treats were also appeared old with discolored leaves on the items.
The recipient immediately contacted the store initially about the bouquet in which they later arrived with a fresh arrangement. Upon opening the chocolates, it was discovered that they too were unfit to consume. When notifying the store about this issue, the staff informed my over seventy year old relative that they could not return again and, she would have to drive there for an exchange. This was such an unacceptable behavior since they had made the error in not providing a quality product. She was convened by having to drive to the mall late in the evening to receive the gift that I had paid for in the Winston-Salem, NC store. A very disappointing surprise!
