I've gone to a location here multiple times and have been missing food every time it's a college location so I end up not really being able to check my food. I've had multiple items mustn't every time with 0 contact from Jack in the Box despite multiple contact attempts over 2 months. Today I went to the Kenmore location with a online pick up for the drive through. The woman at the drive through blatantly refused to give it to me and told me to go in the lobby. I let her know I ordered it for the drive through specifically, she told me she "had too many orders". Girl, WHAT? There were 3 cars in front of me and absolutely no one in the restaurant or parking lot. It's a drive through, to get out I have to wait behind 3 cars and drive by the window! Just grab it from the lobby? I go on to get it, obviously pissed dogs freaking out because I'm leaving them in the car., IT'S THE ONLY ORDER ON THE SHELF. ONLY ONE. Not a single customer inside (not shocking with this person employed here) Insanely lazy. Just beyond me with that experience. The fact Jack just won't respond either is crazy and is literally theft. GET IT TOGETHER JACK IN THE BOX! Should have looked at the wild amount of low reviews at this location
Desired outcome: Jack in the box to refund my Muang food and compensate me for time and awful experience
