Lowe's - Whirlpool dryer and washer purchase at spokane valley wa lowes on broadway ave

Today I went to Lowes with my 81 year old mother to ask when her washer would be delivered. The original delivery date was canceled by Lowes as they said the product was stuck in another state. My mom tried to call and ask, and could not get through on the phone line to get any help. She bought the washer at the Sprague store.
At the Broadway store, they had her washer in the back. She would need to drive to other Lowes, cancel the original order, and buy it at the Broadway store.
I asked if they could call for us, store associate to store associate to transfer this to save her time driving, walking, waiting as she broke her back a few months ago. The associate at the Broadway Lowes named David P. said to me, "Oh, so you think I have a mystical, magical wand I can use, and a secret phone number to call and can get a hold of them in a way that you can't? No, I do not."
So, we went to the Sprague Lowes. She waited 40 minutes in line for help. When she got up to the counter, the associate chose to help the person behind her first. He told my mom to keep waiting. After all this, it was found that her washer was in the back waiting for delivery to her home. It just was in the building, just not delivered!
Then, we went to back to the Broadway Lowes, as I needed a dryer and preferred the sale price at this store. The associate David P. in appliances asked me which dryer. I was reading the specs from my online page, and he interrupted me and yelled, Just point it out! Its the one on the end of this isle. I also asked him to explain the details of the extended warranty. He could not do this. He could not work the register, needed another associate to do it for him. The final price was not what I calculated, and he told me, rolling his eyes and acting huffy to "Check my math. You are wrong." On the receipt I asked him to show me where the military discount was. His math was wrong, not mine. David P was rude, condescending, sarcastic and unknowledgeable. I would not talk that way to a person I do not like. I was shocked and left feeling very disrespected. I will be planning on doing my appliance purchases elsewhere from now on. I do not need to be treated with such disrespect.
