Today, Sunday, October 15th, 2023., I went to the Cost Cutters Hair SA, 2785 Milwaukee, Rd, Beloit, WI. 53511.
I arrived there about 10:50AM. I set up a hair cut the day before via phone. When I first arrived, I saw there was a 20% OFF All Products. We prefer to use Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner so it made me happy. When I arrived Ashley stated that there was another hairstylist that was suppose to be there but running late. I did not get her name, although when she arrived she was wearing a see-through white shirt with a black bra. I told Ashley that I had an appointment. She showed me a paper that stated that for the first hour they do not make appointments.
I had to wait until she took another guy before me. And my husband has been there before and received a military discount. Ashley stated that "she will not give me a military discount because she does not discount her service."
The other lady finally got there. She was late because she had to wain in line for Starbuck's coffee. I am shocked to know that your company is ok with people being late due to a Starbuck's run. Anyways, Ashley took me and gave me the worse haircut I've ever had. There was also a bee around us and I am deathly allergic to bee stings. I told her that as I moved away from the bee. She told me that I hit her. I'm sure with me waving my arm around that is possible. I apologized.
I also told her that people normally wash my hair before cutting it. She told me it was an extra $7 for this to be done. I am not sure why some people from Cost Cutters gives a military discount and others don't.In closing, this was the worse haircut, customer service and all around experience I have ever had. I will not be going back to a Cost Cutters ever again.
I can get an accurate haircut with great customer service for a lot less.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and my money back. The receipt was for $21.00. As you see in the photo I paid $21.00.
