I rented a car from Enterprise located at above address from December 29, 2021 and returned it on January 6, 2022.
Sparkle Autobody located at 1 Sparkle Court, Madison, WI paid the first three days of the rental and I paid the balance.
When I rented the car the member of Enterprise offered me the option to buy insurance for the rental car. What he didn't tell me was it would be a daily charge instead of a one time charge.
I called Dan, the manager at the rental sight and told him about the overcharge on January 14th. Dan greed that I had been overcharged by the daily rate portion of the charge and I would pay the one time charge. The credit didn't happen so I called Dan again on January 17th and he said he would follow up with their accounting department to remind them to send the refund and would get back to me. He didn't call me back so I called him again on January 20. Dan didn't return my call again. So I'm reaching out to you to settle this and please credit my account in the amount of $292.27.
