Lowe's - No customer service

I made an appointment for Sean Arthurs to measure my doors, front and back as well as 2 storm doors. The appt. was set for July 26th. He did not show. When I called the Morgantown, WV Lowes store they gave me his cell number. His message said he was out of town from the 18th to the 26th. So how did the appt. get set on a day he was not going to be working. That seems planned in advance with his dates. I left a message, but he did not return my call. I left another message and again did not return my call. And he must have checked his messages, because he voicemail was different. I called the local store to make a complaint and again, no return call. I realize I'm not building a house and not spending thousands and thousands of dollars but I do deserve a call back. I understand how busy people get but this is the worse customer services I've ever received. I have bought flooring, windows, a water heater, roofing from Lowes and many many other products where my money apparently is good. However, have good return on customer, I guess I'm not worthy.

Desired outcome: Someone to call and actually show up to take my order!

Lowe's - Trex composite purchase and installation

On July 16, 2020 we paid $11, 800 to purchase Trex composite for our front porch and two decks and new railing.
Salesman Sean Arthur ordered the wrong Trex color and had to be reordered in September 2020.
In December when the installers finally came to install,
it was discovered that Sean Arthur had also ordered the wrong railing size. Sean Arthur refused to reorder and correct his mistakes for over 30 days. We had to go to the assistant manager to get it corrected.
However, as of today (June 8, 2021) Lowe's claims they have not received our replacement railing. It will soon be a year since we signed and paid for all of this and our work has not been completed due to the incompetence and unwillingness to resolve the problems. We have made numerous trips and phone calls to Lowe's with no satisfaction. We have talked to "assistant" managers who tell us they will take care of it and they do not follow through or call us back. We have been living with this for a year now.
