I'm a veteran recovering from throat cancer. I am 71y/o and handy capped. I was forced to retired early as a school bus driver. I have a very limited income. Very limited. My dryer broke and wouldn't work. I went to Lowe's in Cheyenne to buy a dryer. I looked at the 5 lowest priced dryers on sale. That's all I can afford. That store had none in stock and it's going to be a week before they get it in stock! That's a hard pill to swallow. I was told you won't install it unless I bought a new cord. Then before he finished ringing it up I remind him about my veterans discount only then he tell me that I won't be given a discount on large appliances. I had mentioned earlier about my discount. I live in sight of a Menard's. Lowe's is a couple miles away. I've always been loyal to Lowe's. Not anymore.

Lowe's - Delivery of appliance
I ordered a stove from Lowes in Cheyenne, WY, on June 6, 2020. It is now July 28, and the stove has not yet been delivered. The delivery was re-scheduled 3 times, and the last two times it was rescheduled I was not notified either by phone or email. I wasted two whole days at home wating for the delivery. I'm pretty sure I will never order anything from Lowes again. Consider this complaint unresolved until the stove has been delivered.
