Vacation VIP review: Advertised $599usd special for 2ea 6-day/5-night all-inclusive vacations

We purchased a package from VacationVIP.com in January 2023 that included 1ea 6-day/5-night all-inclusive vacation to Puerto Vallarta PLUS a bonus (free) 6-day/5-night all-inclusive vacation to Villa Del Palmar in Cancun. The advertised cost was $599 TOTAL for both vacations with 1 single requirement to attend a timeshare presentation in Puerto Vallarta. We paid the $599 in full and took the PV vacation in August 2023 where we also attended the required timeshare presentation while in Puerto Vallarta. When we returned to the USA and contacted VacationVIP.com to get our paid-for bonus vacation, they referred us to some kind of "partners" who are now trying to charge us additional resort fees, reservation processing fees, and upgrade fees of $549.50. Our deal with VacationVIP.com included 2 vacations for $599-we paid the required price of $599 and now should receive our bonus vacation with no additional fees or timeshare presentations required but they will not comply. We should NOT have to pay any additional fees to other parties as we have already paid in full.
