We purchased a sectional in June 2022. We stay in FL for the winter months December through May. There is a rip at the seam on the side of one of the cushions. Since the rip is on the side of the cushion I didn't notice it until it was sat on a couple times which caused the chenille material to fray along the rip. I submitted a claim 9/26/23 with photos and a video through the mobile application. 9/27/23 I received a denial of coverage due to 'FRAYING. I disputed the denial 9/27/23 and in my email stated I wanted to speak to a representative. I didn't receive a phone call so I called the customer service dept at Pure Promise 9/28/23 and spoke to a very rude representative who stated if I want to dispute the denial I need to do so by sending an email, I sent an email 9/28/23 disputing the denial. I received a second denial 10/2/23 changing the reason for denial to NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. I sent another email 10/2/23 disputing this denial - due to our winter in FL the couch was only used for 9 months! I received yet another denial 10/3/23 and this time it stated the loss was caused by FRICTION of constant use of the cushions rubbing together! I sent a 3rd email 103/23 and stated this company is a total SCAM AND I WILL BE POSTING ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE ON AS MANY SOCIAL PLATFORMS THAT I CAN.
