I have had a problem with resetting password on my Steam Account. After couple of disagreements with confirming my with the automated system. So I started another account so I could message support. That allowed two accounts to one email. Not done by other reputable company's.
I reached out to steam support and asked for help, the first account has 100's of dollars of games and money in the wallet. What I asked steam to do is eliminate the second account, and help get a password reset for the first account. Some smart person in support at steam wanted me to share all the purchase on first account so they could trace it, problem is I can't access first account until they reset it. Now any computer system saves information on accounts, although all the people I have spoken to at Steam Support doesn't understand this or refuse to act upon it.
So I am reaching out to parent company, not asking to transfer anything just reset my original account
Claimed loss: All the games I have purchased over the years. Money in my steam wallet.
Desired outcome: reinstate my orginal account, with all games and money in wallat.
