Tickets bought through vayama for a flight with airline TUIFly Belgium. Airline (TUIFly Begium) cancelled all their US flights due to COVID. I contacted vayama, who referred to me contact TUIFly. Vayama Airline ticket

I book my flight to this company VAYAMA and my flt got cancelled by philippine airline supposed to leave on July 4, I've been trying to reach them my email and phone and until now there is no response about my refund, I am thinking to report them to IATA so they will respond to my email

Vayama Correcting a misspelled name

I have been attempting to get this name changed for the past 3 weeks now with no avail and now our flight departs in 8 days.

Every time I send an "email" via the contact, it is not saved as a reference under messages and I do not get a copy sent to my email address. I am unable to call Vayama because the phone number doesn't work.

One of the tickets has been "in fulfillment process" for over a week. It instructs us to contact if it is "in fulfillment" for over 12 hours yet we can't actually contact them.

We need the name "Channel" to be changed to "Channen" on both departure and return tickets.

Also I am on the phone with Aero Mexico (to see if they can correct the misspelled name) and they have informed me that our last names are duplicated and this is going to be a problem for going through immigration. So we also now need to make sure our last name is not duplicated on all departure and return trips.

Hi Denise

As I'm sure you understand, it is not possible to change the name on an airline ticket after it has been sold. If you could do this, what would stop scalpers from buying every seat and re-selling them like tickets to a football game or concert. Have you seen concert prices these days? I'm sure you can just buy another ticket on the same flight or another flight the same day and write the correct name this time.

Firstly, I’m not changing a name but correcting one letter. Regardless vayama has an option to correct a name on their website but because they are not responding I am unable to use that option.
Secondly, I was actually able to have the name corrected for my return flight via AeroMexico.

But thanks for the suggestion to purchase another ticket.

Vayama Not to be able to contact Vayama to change my tickets

The EVA Air tickets I bought through you were cancelled due to Corona. I want to change them.
But all the phone number on their website doesn't work.

Vayama Flight rebooking

I had a flight scheduled for 8/23 and had to postpone my trip, due to COVID-19. I have called everyday to try and talk to someone, in order to change my flight and have not been able to reach anyone. There is no email option either. This has been the most horrendous experience I've ever had.

Vayama Travel booking

I used Vayama to book a flight to Malta. Due to cover-19 and the current travel restrictions to US citizens, I needed to cancel my fight. I cannot reach Vayama by phone( it has been disconnected) I have sent them an e-mail and had no response. I am very upset and don't know what to do. I wish to cancel and get a future credit for my flight. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The flights were cancelled and Vayama will not return my money. I contacted British Airlines and the representative told me the company policy is that when dealing with travel companies the actual company (Vayama) does not have to pay for the flight until after the first flight takes place. Thus Vayama did not pay out any money. I have tried calling the company at [protected] and [protected] and the recording says they are not accepting calls. I have emailed them at least 8 times asking for my back with the same reply - be patient due to Covid...

This is the email I recieved after booking the flights:
You will receive your e-ticket later today

Thank you for your booking. Here is your booking request acknowledgement. You will receive your e-ticket and payment overview in a separate email today.

Vayama Cancelled flight refund

My flight to bombay on lufthansa (august 1) with my family was cancelled by lufthansa on july 25th. Since then I have been contacting them weekly for my refund. I called lufthansa and they assured me that they have returned the money to vayama.
Since then I have sent an email to them on a weekly basis with no response whatsoever. There was one email initially refusing to pay.
When I explained why I should be paid (my call with lufthansa), there was no response.
Please help!

On January 4th, 2020, I purchased three round trip tickets for UA flights from Denver, CO to Glasgow, UK leaving June 20 and returning July 5th at www.vayama.com for $3, 465 (booking number VUS-[protected]). The flights were cancelled in May and we're due a refund. As of 9/2020, no refund and all email inquiries are met with a form email reply. All phone numbers of the company have been shut down.

Vayama Never heard back about the refund for flight cancellation due to covid-19 which HAS BEEN confirmed for full refund

My ticket has been made changes from the airline control due to the covid-19 at march (yes, march!), and I have been told that I was able to ask for a full refund. I emailed vayama about the situation, and I got the email that confirmed: "yes, you are able to get a full refund," and it asked me to confirm by replying "I confirmed, so I did it, I replied" I confirmed, " and then nothing has happened. I didn't get any emails since then to follow up on my case, and I didn't get my money back.

I have emailed yavama a lot, and all the emails didn't take serious of my questions. I start to feel like vayama is trying to steer clear of the crucial point, and it's frustrating.

I understand that it's a challenging situation because of the covid-19, but I have already sent amount of emails to yavama in months, since march. I have tried to be patient. I insist that my case has to be taken seriously and give my full money back.

The screenshots show how many emails I have tried to sent to vayama, and I have been told that I am able to cancel the ticket with a full refund.

Vayama Airline refund

Vayama has been refunded money from American Airlines, as of July 17, 2020. I finally convinced them that they have received it, and as of August 5th they said they were processing the refund to me. I have not yet received it, and can get no responses to requests for updates. This is for 6 tickets I bought for my family, starting with number [protected]. The six refunds are for $266.16 each.

I'm expecting a full refund to the account used for purchase.

Vayama Will not refund money for flight changed by airline

Booking KUSW-8437174 Ed Collins Aer Lingus round trip from Phila., PA to Dublin, IRE, and back to Phila., PA. on June 23 - -July 2, 2020. Cancelled by Aer Lingus due to loss of volume due to COVID-19. Aer Lingus cancelled flight on June 1, 2020 and Vayama confirmed by email on June 12, 2020 that a full refund of $2, 822.50 will be paid. Aer Lingus now no longer communicates about this pending refund.

Vayama Airline tickets

Company does not respond to phone calls at [protected]. No phone number is not published on their we site. Live customer service does not exist. Airline tickets purchased in February 2020 cannot be cancelled now in July. While all airlines recognize this special situation and allow cancellations, Vayama does not refund or change the tickets. Not fair. Will never do business with them again.
Time to file a class action lawsuit!

Vayama No refund even after airlines has refunded the cancelled flight.

My flight which was bought from Vayama. American Airlines cancelled the flight and has already refunded the ticket price to travel agent. I have email from Airlines. Vayama has not refunded the amount even after 3 weeks of refund from Airlines. Unable to contact any representative on phone. They are sending email saying waiting for airlines to get refund which is not true. Airlines has refunded the amount on June 17th. VUS [protected]

Vayama Checked baggage

I made a reservation that said all the time to include 2 pieces of 23kg and now says only 1 piece. could you solve this? since I paid for 2 pieces.

I tried to contact them by phone but this one doesn't even answer. there is no one. tried by email and no one replies ! it's an absurd! such a website and don't have effective customer service ! it's an absurd

Vayama Unable to cancel flights, customer service virtually non-existent

In February I purchased round trip tickets to Switzerland for myself and my husband to meet up with a tour in July. Due to the coronavirus pandemic our tour was canceled. I first went online to United Airlines (the carrier for all flights in the booking) to cancel but was told that because the tickets were purchased through a third party (Vayama) I would have to cancel my booking with them.

I went online at Vayama. According to their website you can cancel your flights through the My Trips link. However, there is nothing on the My Trips link to allow me to cancel or change my flights. I tried calling Vayama and received a recording that, due to coronavirus the office was closed, and I should use their website to resolve my issues. So I tried emailing Customer Service, explaining that I tried to cancel online but cancellation wasn't an option, so would they please cancel my booking and refund my money, minus the cancellation fee. I received a stock email telling me to cancel my booking using the My Trips link on their website.

So right now I am $2200+ in the hole with no way to cancel and no way to resolve my problem. Any thoughts on how I can get my money back?

Vayama Refund. Scam

Dear Sir/Madam

Re: Airline reference: OQX4B4, Booking number BIE-3088719

Vayama site refused give me refund due to Turkish Air flight cancellation. 2 companies started plays games with me :
Turkish Air texted me : "For the refund of tickets purchased with travel agencies, I am afraid you have to contact them directly."

VAYAMA texted me : "After you bought your ticket with us, the ticket amount was transferred to the airline. That is why, in case a refund is applicable, the airline is the one that needs to initiate the refund."

IS IT SOME KIND OF JOKE?
