Recently Purchased a Camp Kitchen table from Vevor. The table arrived via Fed Ex, I was outside when the truck arrived and assisted taking it off the truck. No damage to the outer box at all. Unfortunately, the table was very poorly packaged, and it did not survive shipment. The tabletop had deep gouges through the paint and down to the aluminum alloy. The from left leg buckled and bent from what was normal shipping and handling.
I sent pictures and reported the damage within a 1/2 hour of the Fed Ex delivery. The response from Vevor came about 24 hours later asking for pictures. I replied and suggested they review my initial email. They then responded after another 24 hours suggesting that they offer a $30 refund, and I go find a local repair shop. REALLY, for a bent aluminum alloy table leg, repair it ? At this point, conclude that the "hassle free" return statement at the top of the web site is untrue as I have sent pictures of the damage and reached out 30 minutes after the FED EX delivery and the support seems to care less about their damaged product. They clearly have no concept of packaging design or quality control. The table quality was typical of what I see in the market. The issue was the packaging or lack thereof. The table was not secure in the box and the light gauge aluminum was bent from typical shipping movement. Anyway, this was my first and last Vevor experience. The customer support was indifferent, they are apparently not concerned with customer satisfaction. The support team is clearly more concerned with protecting margin that understanding the quality issue (or in this case packaging quality). I have already replaced the item from a more trusted vendor. canceled my Vevor account and blocked emails from them. Simply no more patience for this type of experience, I'm chalking the lost money up to experience and I'll simply shop elsewhere in the future.
Recommendation: Shop elsewhere
