Room divider ordered on 15 July (Order No: [protected])
I ordered a room divider on the 15 July and to-date I have not received it. I believe they were using Amazon courier to deliver and despite me explaining that the courier should ring me when they arrive as my intercom is broken, these instructions were not followed. I have emailed the company so many times that I just got fed up and asked them to refund me my money and arrange the return of the product themselves.
I have asked them 7 times to refund me. I have tried contacting Amazon, but they cannot help, as it is a third party company and when I try to ring the UK telephone number for VidaXL it is never answered, but goes to an answerphone, but you cannot leave a message.
I wrote to them to tell them that I would be starting small claims court action against them, but they just ignored that email.
I currently do not have wi-fi and am therefore having to email this from the local library.
I requested a call back from them on 3 occasions but still have not received a call.
I am so distressed by this issue as I am unwell and on benefits, that it is making me want to breakdown and cry all the time.
Desired outcome: I want my money returned.
Non-delivery after payment
On August 1 I ordered 2 corner cabinets on VidaXL.ie, which were paid by the 4th of August and confirmed for delivery on August 9 !
Nothing was sent ! Now the status of delivery has been changed to cancelled and I do not know why ? Also I cannot get my money (609.98 Euros) back !

Order cancelation
Purchased $1220 worth of goods over a week ago but cancelled the next day - in line with their cancellation and refund policy. They didn't action the cancellation for days, despite my constant reminders and eventually, it was picked up by the carrier to forward to me. I called and emailed multiple times daily and they assured me it was canceled and a refund would be forthcoming but the transport company advised they received no notification. I had to eventually reject the goods when they arrived in my state. They are liars. They have absolutely no respect for their clients or even an ounce of integrity.

i ordered this blind from you (1.4 x 2.5 black colour). On the 24/07/2022 received mail from you that my order is on its way.Sure enough today 01/08/2022 the blind arrived but unfortunately for the second time round is not the size that i ordered .The size of the box was 88 cm when i ordered 1.4 width. how can this be ?
the joke is that this is the second time round that you mail me wrong goods, a couple of weeks back the courier brought me again 88cm box for a 1.40 blind ...of course i noticed it then and i refused to accept it and i did the same today ...what a pitty throughouing money out the window becouse someone is not carefull enough ...then again i dont know stickers on the box read 1.4 x 2.5 MBLK A

Returned goods and money refund not received
On the 27th of April 2022 I ordered and paid a sofa. Two parts came but as the rest of the sofa never arrived, I returned both boxes on the 17th of June and I was supposed to get nt money back within 2-5 working days. Its the 20th of July and still no refund. I claimed multiple times and I get 2 answers - "we requested again to our financial dpt and we will get back to you" or "your case is with the Escalation dpt and they will get in touch with you". This company is total scam and I wonder if anyone has gotten a refund frim them.
I will however report them to the police. It might be a long shot but someone has to stop this scam. I'm very sorry I didn't check the reviews about them before ordering.

I ordered and received 2 pcs vidaxl bar stools solid acacia wood. they started becoming loose so we tightened them and this kept happened and the screw plug became detached from the wood thus leaving a hole and unable to screw it together. I have contacted vidaxl who have been unhelpful and ignoring my emails now. the stools are not fit for purpose and unsafe to use.

Company Refuses to Refund Faulty Item
THIS RETAILER IS A SCAM
I purchased this product and returned it as it was faulty. After two months and 60 emails I'm yet to receive my refund. I have provided them with my bank details 3 times, yet they say I'm incorrect. I have provided them with my credit card details as well.
Seller contacted me today and asked me to be patient.
They are a fraud - stay away.

Items short delivered in the boxes of my Order [protected] for bed and set of Bed 28s 08 002 slats
Last box with Item 288313.A Bed aca 061 x 002 mc u-leg_A was delivered on Saturday 30/04/2022.
When assembling the bed on Monday 2/05/2022 I discovered that the items marked H 2 pcs and I 1 pc was not included.
On assembling the slats (Item 246444.A) it was noticed that the one slat set(28 s) only had 26 slats (long size).

Refund for substandard products
Appalling service. I ordered two identical washbasins to be installed in one bathroom. The washbasins arrived in different colours (one brown, one grey), in different sizes and weights, impossible to install in one bathroom. I have contacted online chat 6 times. The first time Chris D. confirmed that ServiceXL guarantees return and refund of the products and that I would receive an email within 12 hours from the 'dedicated team'. A copy of the chat is available. The email has not arrived, so 24 hours later I started following up, the same questions and the same answer that a dedicated team would contact me. No resolution. 4th time I got through in the chat with the same Chris D. who mumbled something about the problem with SEUR and returns (?!?), then another agent promised to send immediately the return label. I asked to wait till I receive the email, he left the chat - the email with the return label never arrived. Now the chat does not even respond. What is going on, why are consumer rights being violated, and the company wastes my time and keeps my money that they took for a substandard product?
Desired outcome: Immediate refund and return of faulty goods.

Faulty goods wrong parts wrong size and not responding to emails
I ordered a bed it came on the 12th of august i than had contacted vidaxl.com to inform them some bars where bent poles are not same lengths and nothing is right all wrong parts wrong size and ive emailed 4 timess with no response this company's customer service is horrible

We bought the vidaXL Garden Raised Bed Acacia Wood 78.7"x19.7"x19.7" for $170. This is a lot of money in our house. This purchace was not made lightly. We were so excited to recieve our beautiful raised garden bed. It arrived with some damage. We tried contacting the company then to request a refund or replacement and never heard a word back. Disappointing, but after waiting for a response we decided to make the best of the situation and patch up the damage and put it together. It was so pretty. We excitedly filled it with a lot of soil, which was another pretty big cost for us, and our plants. The description clearly states that it is for outdoors, but after 1 month the walls started to warp outward. I contacted vidaxl asking for a refund. They stated they would have to have the box shipped back to them in order to issue a refund. I asked how they thought this would be possible. What would we do with the plants? The tremendous amount of soil? That these warped pieces were not going to fit back into the box. I sent them plenty of pictures as proof of the damage and poor quality of the product. Over the next several days we emailed back and forth but they refuse to budge and just keep repeating over and over that it has to be shipped back. I keep trying to explain it won't fit in the box and that we can't afford a replacement without a refund, and without a replacement we have nowhere to go with all the stuff in the box. I dont know why they are so adamant to have it back. It can't be fixed, it can't be resold. It would just be a massive inconvenience for us amd waste a lot of time, effort, and money to send it back. I tell them I am going to leave bad reviews. That the company is selling crap products and cheating people out of their money. And it doesn't help me but hopefully my reviews will stop others from buying from them and if we are lucky, maybe one day they will shut down so they can not scam anyone else. They then claim they are sending me to their "escallations department". What a joke. After 4 days of silence I emailed and asked if someone was really going to help me. Finally, another email stating the exact same thing as the others. "You have to send the box back" I reply again saying all the same things as before. The box is even more horribly warped at this point. I send updated photos showing the gap of several inches at the bottom where the wood has curled out. I said I need the money for a replacement and then this box needs to go in the trash. It is not going to survive a second season. Still they wil not listen to reason, they will not work with me, they will not back their product. They are heartless, uncaring, have no sense of customer service. They just repeat their policy over and over like robots. Do not order anything from vidaxl. Their company is a joke, their products are crap, and they do not care about their customers. Don't waste your money.

Horrible customer service, poor construction, shipping problems
Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I received an entirely broken dining table, and the process to try to get a replacement was horrible. Their phone lines don't work, their chat representatives are not only unhelpful but downright hostile, and their email communication is either late or nonexistent.
It has been over 3 months since my original purchase, and I have yet to receive a fully functional table. Through painstakingly slow email comunication, I was able to get two replacement tables and several additional parts, all of which have arrived broken (the box does not even say fragile on it) or worse, incorrectly made - screws don't match, drill holes or entire wood blocks are in the wrong place, and items are covered in bird poop! And worst of all, the customer service agents are rude and unapologetic, unwilling to resolve the situation or compensate me in any way.
I don't understand how this company is still in business. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing elsewhere.

Vidaxl delivered the item to the wrong address despite reassurance that it would be redirected to the correct one.
Return: I provided the correct address and date for collection as per the rule for return. Pick up person never came after 10 hour wait.
Another date chosen:pick up person never came. After 5 hours of waiting, I contacted DPD that confirmed that vidaxl has yet again given the wrong pick up address that does not correspond to the email in which I was asked to choose a pick up address.
They have wasted 15 working hours and another 10 will be wasted as they do not provide exact time of pick up meaning I have to miss work another day. Pick up on weekends is also not possible.

Among the many items that I ordered from Vidalxl, I ordered an artificial plant and it came broken. I tried to email the customer service contact they have on their website and attached a pic of the broken item but I get a message that it's an invalid email address. I'd like either a refund or an exchange, thank you for assistance. The company has been completely unresponsive.

Past the delivery period, my order hasn't arrived yet.

I have ordered a bar table with 4 chairs.

Upon delivery, that table was missing.
And the first 2 chairs could not be assembled due to eye lidding. See pictures attached.
I had therefore lost all confidence in the product and have been wanting to send it back since the 31st of Aug.
The parcel service has already failed to pick up the package, which was in the same position as it was dropped.
I stayed home today to ensure the pickup would happen end ensured the door was open all day.
Again the parcel service from VidaXL was not able to pick up the part, again in the same position as when it was dropped. See picture of part with open door taken at 0856Hr
I have heard and spoken to the lady from DHL, so they were able to come in.
The parcel service rflects very poorly onto your company.
I would recommend that you change to a more reliable service.

Supplying faulty goods and not refunding
I ordered 4 items from them and have problems with 3 items. A steel shed I purchased completely collapsed as it was so flimsy it was not fit for purpose. A ladder was delivered broken and they have refused to replace it. A spare part for the third item (a desk) which was also delivered damaged was eventually replaced by them.
I have now been forced to take out a European civil claim to recover my loss.
It has been so difficult in dealing with this company.
They are completely untrustworthy.

The order consisting of 4 porducts came in 3batches, in a scratched shape.
The fourth product has still not arrived.
There are no contact details on the website except a mailing address which does not return requests in a professional and timely way

scammy jobs that don't pay
This company contacted me to transcript their emails to send to buyers and staff in English because they are not American or speak good English... so this means they wanted me to change the poorly written emails to standardized English so that their emails don't look unprofessional. They promised me payment via PayPal for my work. After the many tasks assigned were done, they tried to hire me as a Representative whose job is to accept PayPal payments from customers who are purchasing from them because they can't directly accept PayPal for their sales. Fishy job offer, so I said I would CONSIDER accepting IF I was paid for the work I've already done... NO PAYMENT OR RESPONSE ever came. They owe me $180! Do no buy with them or work with them. They are scammers and are taking advantage of American people. The emails I transcribed was me telling American/English speaking customers why their packaged wasn't delivered.. reasons because the Representative may have stole the money, etc. They are unorganized and have do unethical business.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
