1. GROSSLY INCOMEPETENT RUDE V.C. & I. Employee Youngsters.
2. NOT allowed to talk to Management.
3. Complaints NOT resolved.
4. DENIED VA IRRRL program per Knudson (3) trio.
5. Mortgage Holders/Customer are required to file complaints with
a. Congressman
b. HUD
c. Better Business Bureau
6. LOCKED-OUT of Account, DENIED from making mortgage payment.

Village Capital & Investment eight concerns remain Unresolved per called received from VC&I Legal staff... Incompetence

Village Capital & Investment (VC&I) has the worst Service:
1. GROSSLY INCOMEPETENT RUDE VC&I. Employee Youngsters.
2. NOT allowed to talk to Management.
3. Complaints NOT resolved.
4. DENIED VA IRRRL program per Knudson (3) trio.
5. VC&I Staff Employees; per conversation, encourage Mortgage Holders/Customer to file complaints per BAD Service:
a. Congressman
b. HUD
c. Better Business Bureau
6. V.C&I LOCKED-OUT of Account, DENIED from making mortgage payment.
7. Village Capital & Investment HARASSMENT continues...
