They advertised a camera, i-pod and sony printer for sale on Thursday June21/07. Then had not one of these products in either store in Regina, saskatchwan... I was the first person in the store and none of these items where there. I then had the sales clerk phone the other store and they also had not one of these items in the store... How can you do that advertise something when you don,t have it to sell? This is not the first time this B.S. has happened at theses stores...

The dumb ### are swful to deal with. I bought a 50 inch plasma and when I got it home the power cord was missing. So I went back to the store and got another TV. Then the price droped on my TV 57 days after I bought it, so I sent in for the price protection and got a yellow copy in the mail stating my refund...but I didnt get a gift card. So I called and the woman in charge of gift cards insists that I must have lost the card because she mailed it to me. The woman was rude and insulting claming it was my mistake and I lost the gift card! So to difuse the situation I admited to misplacing the gift card that was never sent to me and asked the Visions wench to issue a new gift card and send it to me. Now I am still wating for this gift card to show up and if I get a letter from Visions in the mail I have my wife film me opening it to have a leg to stand on for those jerks.

I went to return the product but they told me it cannot be refunded back dats ok. When I told them that the price is low in bestbuy the person told me he cannot do anything about it. N told me that go ahead if u want to complain about me. I don't care. Then I told him that I want my money back he ignored me and doesn't replied to my question

had a problem with my 2013 ford stereo.was 1400 to fix. so I decided to compare with visions.paid 1100 for new stereo blue tooth only works once in awhile dangerous when driving.stereo is infer to stock one .cant read led during day.told installers didn't seem to care

I purchase the Washer last September 08 2019 at Vision St James the sales person said 1 week the item was delivered but until now September 25 2019 we did'nt receive the item they have a lots of excuses the sales person to was Ali Bandali he promise that the item was delivered 1 week almost a month we didnt receive it

The staff and manger only care about making money for them myself and not helping customers the manger sold me the wrong TV and is no help. I’m done buying from visions the staff sucks I have spend thousands of dollars and we cannot get a tv exchange. Someone needs to fix the staff in the grande prairie branch or fired them.

I never got reimbursed for extended warranty coverage and for a max west cellphone it was defective and bought two top up cards with lucky mobile and there was no record and never got reimbursed in medicine hat

I'm echoing the comment about piss poor customer service and misleading information. They say your item will be delivered to you by Canada Post. Not necessarily so. Canada Post may drop it off at a postal station. They did that to me yesterday after I had changed my appointment and stayed home all day waiting for the delivery. (Visions Electronics had emailed me instructions saying I had to sign for the product and inspect it at the time of delivery before accepting it - in case there were to be warranty claims), At 6:46 p.m. I got an email from Canada Post to tell me I could pick it up at the postal station. When I spoke to Visions Electronics to say that it was not delivered to me but dropped off at a postal station, after I had had to re-arrange my schedule so as to receive the parcel, I was informed that it was normal practice - Canada Post could deliver it to me or drop it off - at THEIR convenience. This option was not stated on Visions Electronics' website. It was stated that the item would be sent to me by Canada Post. Apparently it's acceptable to Visions Electronics and Canada Post to mess up my day and, I might add, inconvenience the person I had had the appointment to see. Canada Post decided it was not convenient for them to deliver the package to me despite it being a sunny day with perfect driving weather. Visions Electronics didn't give me the option of going to their local store to pick up the item, so I had to accept delivery by Canada Post when I placed my order. When I told the person at Visions Electronics I thought I would not pick up the package and would like a refund, she informed me that I would have to pay return postage, regardless of the fact it wasn't actually delivered to me, as promised. She was defensive and rude, so I hung up. NASTY business. I'll never deal with them again.
