Last year around October November I received a call from Vodacom sales lady who was selling a product that I rejected and told her I do not want anything that will increase my current contract instalment. This year January I see Vodacom deducted more than the usual instalment of R254.01. I reversed it and called them and explained what happened last year. The consultant told me that he cancelled the new contract that unethical consultant did and said they will reverse the all the fees regarding the issue. February they deducted R508.02 as agree that is the instalment of Jan and Feb. The consultant told me that everything will run normally as it was before. March 20th Vodacom did not take instalment for March which is R254.01. They send me the SMS that says my account is in areas with R152.49 which they say is the fees of that contract I did not take and I disputed. They provided the number 082 1946 which I tried the whole day to call unsuccessfully when the consultant answer it drops. Even this morning I tried but the same thing happened. And apparently Vodacom is taking me to ITC for the problem they cost me after so many years I've been their faithful client without defaulting on my payment. No one called me back after they can see I am trying to reach them. All I want is Vodacom the must fix my account back were it was paying R254.01 a month because that is what I afford and take out R152.49 that they say is in areas I am not going to pay it, it was cost by their staff who sell lies to clients. I want them to call me back to confirm that they fixed my account and is running as usual. And I will decide my future with them when my contarct s end this year.
Desired outcome: Fix my account to run as normal monthly instalment of R254.01 and take out the R152,49 in areas that was cost by your unethical sales lady who lied even after I told her that I cannot take anything that will increase my current instalment.
