i have been trying to apply for a contract since Thursday 2nd Jan (today is now Monday 6th Jan) from the cellcity vodacom shop in melrose arch
everyday a new excuse on why i cant receive my phone as apparently its been approved but what the problem is the computer cant pick up my name and was told that the I.D does not match they called their I.T department and still cant fix the problem.
i was told than by the sales person on saturday to wait till monday afternoon and the problem will have than be sorted on the computer and as to my surprise monday afternoon the problem was still not sorted and i still dont a phone and was told today to not hold grudges as its a new year and i should not place a complaint . this is a company not 2020 resolutions on Facebook...
when i asked if the Manager can sort out the problem i was told i will get the same answer from her so why is she the manager if she cant resolve a problem in her own store
this problem has been blamed on Head office not doing their job if so than this is very disappointing that from the top they dont know what they doing how do you expect the smaller companies underneath to know what they are doing if the head office is not doing their jobs ...
