I claimed My lost or stolen tel on the sunday the 01/12/2019 at highveld mall in witbank. I paid my shortfall [censored] well as a screen protector, sim card and sim swap.
as it was closing down time thy were very quiq to help me and get me out of the shop so they told me actualy [ miss Gloria ] that i can either collect it at klipfontein or highveld mall whitch ever, it is my choice. on the monday after 13h00 i left early at work and as i am staying closer to klipfontein i decided that i will collect my tel from them and when i asked them about my telephone they new nothing about it and they havent got any stock either and they also told me that the mall people know that thye are closing and moving to middelburg . Then i said to myself that i will go to the mall after work tomorrow but could not get away from work in time so i had to try the next day (wednesday 4/12/2019 ) as i were help by Miss Gloria again after waited very long she started to explain to me that the shortfall i paid was a mistake and i need to pay another R500, 00, Whitch means my shortfall is not R350 but now R850, whitch i refuice to pay and left the shop with them sorting it out. Then i was phoned them several times were thye just waist my tel time over and over. then i also spoke to miss Bernice and she said that she will sort out my tel, the next day i was phoned were they are telling me that the reason for the shortfall difference is because thye dont make my phones any more and the one that thye are going to give me now is got a bigger better cammerra and memmory in and i told them that that is not what i have claimed . the nect phone call is that i dont need to pay extra money it is now sorted, but i am still without my phone and Gloria is still lying to me not ansering my calls and Bernice are not ansering my calls either. I was promised that they will deliver my tel to me by Bernice but those womem i dont know. All i know is tha i am not getting any service after +- 20 years. Please advice me what is my next step
