Hi. I gave in my Samsung Tab 3 10" about 2 weeks back at Vodacom Chatz Vaalpark. They advertise "Repairs while you wait". My tablet was wiped and I needed them to install the new software for me. The guy said 3 days max. I enquired almost every day and he informed me that there is a major delay at Vodacom. Yesterday he phoned and said that I can collect the tablet. When I got home the software was mostly Chinese. I can't install anything from Google. I can't even use the internet. I work from home so every day I am without my tablet is business lost. My business is money. I would like to know how Vodacom is going to fix my tablet? I had to pay R350 and my tablet is as slow as a snail. With software that I can't even use. I can't afford mistakes like this. I thought Vodacom is reliable but it seems that that is not the case. I paid for nothing. What will Vodacom do to accommodate me and fix my tablet? This is really INCONVENIENT
