WC Mon Home Savings charged my bank card for $24 three times already for the past 3 months. I'm sure that I've never applied for a service from this company so the only explanation left is FRAUD! Avoid giving your credit card details to unknown sources you might just end up like I did with the identity stolen and money gone.
This is exactly what's going on with my Cash App CArd. At first they told me it's $3.95, they never charged the $3.95 but $34.95 and now they charge my card $45.00...I just blocked them and I keep my card locked always. I haven't been using my Cash App card at all lately because of this, several times a week! I'm afraid to put money on there at all now. It's crazy!
I just saw 3 denied charges on my cash app from these people! Thankfully I keep my card lock at all times so none of them went through!. But now I'm concerned about possible repeating charges every time I get a new card, like you guys were just describing! 🤦🏼♀️
How!? Is it our phones? Our Internet connection? IP address? How are they getting our cc #s? Especially the new card #s. Maybe some of them work in an area of finance were they have access to cc #s...? IDK just brainstorming 🙂
I'm getting scammed also the first one wasn't to much $3.95 but this one is for $34.95 this is the second time Capital one refunded me the first time I got a new card this is the 4th card since August now I have to get another one I'm not understanding how are they getting the card number so what can be done about this?
Whatever happened with your dealings with this scam because I too am getting scammed by them. I have cancelled the last 6 credit cards I have gotten from capital one due to charges by wc mon savings. They keep getting my cc number somehow, it’s driving me insane! Please contact me at my9497titans@yahoo.com. And thank you in advance
It's supposed to be a product savings service that was offered when I bought an air fryer. I was supposed to have a free trial in which time I would get a welcome packet that would include a Walmart gift card. No such packet ever appeared. The bank said they are not coming in as recurring charges, but as individual charges, which means it's actually being sent in each month instead of a forgotten computer setting. I have a new number the bank gave me to contact them. [protected] I spoke with a Brandy (@ 12:50 on 1/20) who said she was cancelling the service, issuing a refund, & there would be no further charges. We shall see if the refund actually occurs or if I have to go through my bank.
You might have to go through your bank because Capital one told me the same thing they are cancelling the account and I just got another bill for $34.95
unauthorized monthly charge
Just noticed a charge of 19.95 from Home savings Mall. Never heard of the company. Looked back at statements and have been being charged monthly since February 2011. Also have a charge from Privacy Matters 123 for the same amount starting at the same time. Not sure if there is a connection? What can be done about this. That is almost $500.00 in unauthorized charges between these two mystery companies!

Fraud charges
About $1500. In fraudulent charges to my credit card over past several months. . . Three different ct mvq companies. . . What can i do ? >[protected]@aol.com

This corrupt organization has charged $16.95 on my VISA card 3 times: 10/03/10, 11/03/10, and 12/02/10 without any authorization by me. The merchant category was listed as: "CONTINUITY/SUBSCRIPTION MERCHANTS"; Merchant Phone: "Not Available"; Merchant Location: "[protected], CT".
I have also listed a complaint against another of their organizations, MQV*PRIVACYMATTERS, in a previous complaint, where they charged my VISA card on 10/02/10 and 11/03/10 in the amounts of $16.95, twice.
Criminal groups like this need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law in regards to fraud, theft, and corruption. Is there no way devils like this can't be arrested and charged for their crimes?
Did you cancel your card or put a fraud alert on your credit report?
Soon as something like that happens you need to notify the powers to be.

Unauthorized / double dipping transactions
I just discovered that MVQ has been "double dipping" and taking funds from my account although I never opened an account with them or even knew who they until now. When I called about getting a refund I was given the run around and was told that I can only get 3 months of refunds. I am in the process of reporting this company to the Attorney General's Office for fraud, double dipping and unauthorized usuage of a person's funds.
No commits until someone from the Complaints Board contacts me.
I have a similiar request against this company. They are in the practice of "double dipping" into people"s account without the proper authorization but shortly once the State Attorney's Office is notified I am sure they won't be in business for too long. This is the same practices that AOL tried on consumers years ago and now nobody wants their service even for free.
Same thing happened to me, do not know how they got my credit card No. They withdrew 3 x $19.95 a month over several months . I was only able to get back $161.60 for a loss of $218.00.

Unauthorized credit card charges
A few months back I signed up for Reunion.com, followed their instructions so I would only be charged for a month to see if I liked it. Every month I am being charged $19.95 twice.
The accounts are listed as: MVQ*HOMESVINGSMLL
MVQ*SAVEACE
I can assure you I didnot sign up for this Home Savings Mall nor did I authorize these continous charges to my credit card. I have emailed called, faxed, done everything they say to do and I am still being charged. Can you assist me? If not I will have no recourse but to close my credit card account.

credit card charges
Never bought anything from them and for the last 6 months they have charged $14.95 to my credit card. I don't know how they got it .
They said I inquired on the internet about a $25.00 Wal-Mart gift card on 4/19/09 I was driving back from Florida all day and night on 4/19/09 and could not have been on the internet.

Fake membership and charges
After a busy and hectic summer, I pored over my bank statements from the past three months. I found several unauthorized charges to my account, the first one occurring on May 31 and posting to my account on June 3, by a company first appearing as AP9*HomeSavingsMall for $14.95. In July, August, and September the same amount was charged to my account by MVQ*HomeSavingsMall.
I'd never done business with either of these companies. I live on a sailboat. :-D
The dates of these postings were the day before my paychecks are direct deposited into my bank account, resulting in several hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees.
I contacted the company and told them I wanted all four months' charges refunded to my bank account. I got the usual blah-blah: We've canceled your membership, we can't refund the other fees under the terms and conditions of the membership, etc.
I'm taking it up with my bank first and then the state attorney general's office. Sounds like wire fraud to me. What say ye all?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Definetely a scam...Credit Cards must be aware of the problem, so why do they keep charging. I'm pretty sure 99.9% of the people are not even aware of it, until one day when they look at their statment in detail.
How corrupted, no wonder this country is the shape it is.
SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!
I was just charged the same 14.95! I have never heard of this company. Whats up with that? I called and they are not open today. I wil definately call tomorrow. chicalik53@gmail.com
Unauthorized Charges & Fraudulent Billing
A mysterious monthly charge on my paypal account. When I called to dispute the charges, they actually had the nerve to tell me I AGREED TO THEIR FEES BY TRYING TO WIN A WALMART $25 GIFT CARD. First, I am not STUPID and do not try to win that crap online, because I KNOW THEY ARE SCAMS! They claim they are refunding my fee, and my subscription is canceled, but now I have to wait for the refund, then get a new Paypal card.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I had a 19.95 charge on my credit card account from Home Savings Mall. When I called them they readily cancelled my membership and refunded the money...not before charing me for another month...ANd when I chekced back, there was a 19.95 charge for a previous month. They were not so ready to ready to refund the the other two moths when I called back...but agreed to do so when I calimed I had no idea who they were and how they got my credit card number and if they could prove that I ever used any of their services, I would pay the membership fee. The supervisor immediately indicated that she would refund the money. Thers folks know exactly what they are doing...running a scam. And, why isin't there anything that we can do about it...other then ### and blog about it.
Unathorized Payment
Today I discovered two payments on my credit card statement each for 19.95 to Savings Ace and Home Savings Mall. These payments were NEVER authorized, so of course I called for an explanation. The young lady who answered the phone informed me that I signed up online sometime in March. This being entirely false, I requested cancellation and refund which she promised would be done in 2-3 business days..."as a courtesy"...lol.
It's scary how these companies help themselves to your hard earned money and don't have the "courtesy" to get your permission first. I'm going to wait to see if they really process my refund before taking further action.
10/9/10 I noticed a 19.95 charge on my credit card last week i did not recognize. I called the # on my statement [protected] to find out it was MVQ home shopping mall. They stated that I had joined their service in Dec 09 when I ordered a school reference item for my daughter off the site book rags.com. Since Dec 09 they have charged my acount 19.95 a month, i am embarressed that i did not catch the charges earlier. But even so, i never purposefully joined, since Dec I have never used or accessed their site. After communication with them they have stopped my so called membership but are not refunding the almost $200.00 that they have stolen from. My next step is the BBB. Another contact # I received in a "we cant help u email" is [protected]. I will gladly accept any suggestions on ways to expose this company for their practices. DW
Fortunately, before I hit the submit button, I noticed off the the side that by hitting submit that I would be agreeing to a $24.95 per month membership fee. Guess they had to up the ante huh!
Glad I have been advised to always Google something before I take the bait. Sure would have enjoyed that "free" grater with only $1.00 shipping!
what phone number did you call . they got me for $200.00 and i cant get contact info
It's Feb 22, 2010, they're still at it. This time with 16.95 charges. I called American Express, and in effect "stopped payment." Why, one asks, are they still getting away with this. Are our so-called consumer protection agencies totally toothless, or are they getting paid off? It shocks me to think I should have to ask that question. But this too is America.
Same thing here. After the run around on the phone, i got a human on the phone and she said she would only refund 1 of 3 charges..i dont think so. she passed me off to manager. after 20 min. on hold. finally refunded all 3 charges. they are real slimy people.
I just got a call from Citibank, telling me that the security of "some" Mastercards had been compromised. They went through a list of charges I made, which were legititimate, then said Service Ace had been billing Mastercard $19.95 a month from May thru Oct. '09. I never heard of these people and I never did business with them. How the hell can they get away with doing this ? I am calling them right now, then I'm calling the FTC.
Ive just had the same issues, I had never heard of them before, they claimed I signed up online but I did not. The only thing I could put it down to was the non stop phone calls that Ive been receiving from telemarketers.
In the end this company debited my account three times overdrawing it. incurring over $85 worth of overdraw fees. It all happened within 2 days of one another
and I didnt stand a chance to stop it.
In the beginning they steadfast refused to refund the money until I issued an ultimatium they had 48 hours to return my funds or I was going to the police, it was theft and fraud. Theyve refunded the monies but now Im still stuck with the overdraft fees. The bank says I was at fault for giving them my number, which I never had.
It was a brand new visa debit card and I had only used it twice and at two very reuptable companies.
So its a case now Im being screwed by the bank as well.
There does not seem to be any recourse for the consumer, we cant protect ourselves in any way. They encourage us to use online facilities but there is no way of having charges reversed.
Im still going to send a complaint to the Justice Department as I still view it as fraud.
These telemarketing companies need to be taken out of business
they just got me too and i called the 800 number and was told the same thing...refund in 2 to 4 business days so hope fully by tuesday...we will c but i never authorized ti either and they did say that the account would be cancelled also so hopefully...ripout companies thats all any of them are anymore!
Savings Ace & Home Savings Mall just got me. This is a scam. I never authorized either of these companies to charge my credit card. They posted 2 charges at $19.95. It happened just like the above post.
If you have ever been a member of reunion.com, you may be contacted by Mylife.com or seen their ads. MyLife bought reunion.com and SavingsAce/HomesavingsMall advertises on MyLife's contact emails. MyLife takes the information you gave to reunion.com and charges automatically to renew your subscription. Think of the huge database they of people who signed up thinking they were hooking up with high school friends.
They said they would credit my card within 2 days. The real problem is they still have my credit imfo and I will have to go through the hassle of getting another card.
UNAUTHORIZED MEMBERSHIP CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD
I was charged by Homesavingsmall.com $19.95 for a 'membership' in their system. I have NEVER heard of Home Savings Mall and NEVER authorized the charge on my credit card. I called and been told that my membership has been cancelled. I await results.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I just opened my credit card statement and found a charge of 19.95 as well. Following the charge from homessavingsmall was a charge from another company I've never heard of which is savings ace, 19.95 also. When the eight hundred number for both of these companies is dialed, the same type of recording answers their phone system. I'm guessing they are connected, and after googleing both of them, are rip-offs.
I too noticed two mounths of charges in the amount of 19.95.I did'nt know or even heard of homesavingsmall until I had unaurorized charges. When I called the eight hundred number on my statement the person I spoke to was of no help and said that they would only remove one of the charges...Boy was that the wrong thing to tell me.First of all I told him that both will be removed that It was froud and second of all after I hung up with him I contacted my credit card and filed a froud case against them.I don't know who this company thinks they are and I just went on line to look them up and found that I'm not alone. In this day and age nothing is safe god help us all...

Unauthorized Credit Card withdrawal
Made two unauthorized charges of $19.95 on my credit card. Called credit card company to deny the charges. They said that it's one of the most common scams going on in the credit card business. I have had the ALL these charges returned to me and a block put on any additional charges from these companies.
Adaptive Marketing is a multi-layered group of companys run by its CEO, Gary Johnson, who has been the subject of many complaints and lawsuits. This company has even branched into Europe. He is constantly transfering money fraudulently from unsuspecting consumers bank accounts into his own coffers. This scheme is nothing more than theft!
I cannot imagine why the federal government hasn't taken notice of Gary Johnson and his companies. With the amount of money he has stolen from the public, I would think local, state & federal law enforcement would have had him in jail by now. Gary Johnson is no better than the financial & investment institutions that have stolen billions from the public in the past. When will he be stopped?

On Oct. 13, 2010 at 13:52 P.M, i received an SMS from my bank informing me that there is a transaction for USD 19.95 from MVQ*HOME SAVINGS MALL [protected] US, and i didn't order anything from this site and i don't have a registered account with them, so please i need my money back and don't transact any cent from my account again.
thanks

Your company have Fraudulent Withdrew Funds from my checking account of $19.95 for two months. I would like all or at part of it back. I do not and have never heard of your company and want nothing to do with you at all. Just to make sure cancel this account also.
THIS IS A SCAM AND I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU AT ALL. I AM ALSO SPREADING THE WORD TO ALL WHO WILL LISTEN...
I was billed $14.95 on my credit card on 12/20/2008 for HOMESAVINGSMA289765349 [protected] CT. I have no idea what this is for or who they are. It is Sunday and they are closed. I plan to call them tomorrow and call my credit card company. I have found numerous complaints against this company while attempting to find out who they are. Beware, they seem to have been very active over the last month.
CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTIONE4497
I just noticed that since 2009, Home Savings mall has been charging my bank account for $37/month. I called my bank immediately and talked to bank of America’s representative and Home Savings mall representative. Since I cannot see the transaction in my bank account for more than a year, I was informed by Home Savings mall that my account has been charged for a membership that I never used or signed up since 2009.
I looked for Home Savings mall complaints online and there are hundreds of other complaints similar to mine from people who called this company scam and responsible for unauthorized billing.
Unfortunately, I was informed by Home Savings mall Rep that they are going to reimburse me ONLY for a year and NOT the last 4 years.
I am 100% sure that I’ve never signed up with Home Savings Mall or provided my banking info to them, however, Home Savings mall is my bank's (Bank of America) affiliate.
I feel violated for paying a monthly fee for a service that I DID NOT sign up for. I wonder why no Federal agency has ever taken notice of Home Savings Mall’s CEO "Gary Johnson" and his unethical ways of running this fraud.
This scheme is nothing more than theft and I would like to get reimbursed for ALL the money that has been taken out of my bank account since 2009 WITHOUT my authorization for a service that I've NEVER used.
I was charged $19.95 and never heard of them, had to come to this page to find out who and how to contact them to find out Y I have a charge. They are thieves
I was billed $14.95 on my credit card on 04/12/2009 for HOMESAVINGSMACT. [protected])I have no idea what this is for or who they are. It is Sunday and they are closed!. I plan to call them tomorrow and call my credit card company. I have found numerous complaints against this company... plz past this ...be aware!
I was billed $10.00 on my bank account and I thought to myself I never applied to anything like this, and now I'm getting billed for it. If it's possible, I want to Unsubscribe and get my money back as soon as possible back into my account. Thank You
I have the same charge on my credit card and I cannot recall any purchase.
Did you find out what your charge was all about?
Fraudulent Withdrawal of Funds from Bank Account
The HomeSavingsMall in Connecticut fraudulently withdrew $14.95 from my checking account through my debit card associated with my account at Bank of America in South Portland, Maine on March 6, 2009. I've found many other complaints for this same online company while I've been trying to find out who they are.
I never authorized this $14.95 to be taken from my checking account. I am contacting the corporate office in Illinois and demanding a refund for the $14.95 that HomeSavingsMall stole from my checking account!
Thank you,
Mary Spasiano
This company has been doing this for some time. We received a letter in the mail and upon opening two separate letters from supposedly different companies they tried to renew the charges for another year with the comment "If you do not contact us within 30 days we will charge your credit card $29.95" . That would be two separate accounts for $30 a month. Without having actually done anything. How this is allowed I have no idea. I suspect it was the fine print on the "PeopleFinder" website. Watch it out there!
Fradulent billing
I have never had any relationship with AP9 Home Savings Mall until I was notified on 12-11-08 of a billing for 19.95 on my banking statement for an online membership I never ordered. I was charged additional overage fees on my banking statement due to this transaction that I never authorized.
It is obvious that AP9 Home Savings Mall is in a position to obtain credit card numbers off the internet and automatically bill them to their company account for new membership charges.
Someone needs to put a stop to this company scam for stealing information from consumers and using it for self-gain through the internet.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I knew that this was a scam the moment I signed off I called back within 5 minutes to cancel and I'm getting f****** charged for this s*** now I have to cancel my debit card and rearrange all my bills because of this stupid s*** unlink the card and rearrange my life it's absolute garbage
I can't believe it's even possible to do what AP9 Home Savings Mall has done. I just checked my monthly credit card statement, and they charged me $19.95. The best part is that I've never heard of this company and I don't do business with them or anyone over the internet.
So I called the billing disputes center for my credit card, and now I'm told that I have to contact AP9 Home Savings Mall, and that I have to file a complaint with them, not the credit card, and that if I don't settle up with them, that this fraudulent company can continue to charge my card. Must be nice to be able to sign someone up for something that they never knew existed, and charge them, and then, since I've "been sold" a membership, have to cancel before it goes to billing disputes. I was told I "might" be credited by this company.
I'm also filing complaints about this fraudulent company, AP9 Home Savings Mall, with the Connecticut State Attorney General's Office, and should you have encountered problems with them, I suggest you do the same. Someone needs to go to jail on this deal, and I'll do my part to see that this happens.
Sincerely,
Jason Andersen
I started noticing charges on my checking account from Home Savings ap9*. I do not ever remember signing up for this online company. I do not want to be charged from them anymore.
I started receiving monthly charges of $14.95 on my credit card for this program, seems to be some kind of subscription service however I never signed up for it in fact never even visited their website. I already complained to the fraud department of my bank who agreed to investigate. I will also contact the Attorney General's office of state of Connecticut. These fraudsters belong in jail.
This organization is perpetrating a fraud. Somehow, they are attaching onto a person's credit card through the person's ordering something from another organization. I have been charged 3 times for 19.95 ...in a period of two months. Guess that is supposed to be a monthly membership fee. I have never recieved anything at all from them...nor used any "services". Have tried denying these $19.95 charges via my credit card company. The bank has not yet "resolved" the matter (in two months) with Home Savings Mall...and probably never will. I have tried cancelling my so-called membership and they say I'm not a member. Some bunch of shysters...I do believe they should be prosecuted.
Yep, me too ! This Home Savings Mall bunch are sure working a credit card scam on a bunch of us via on-line ordering . I'm trying to get the three $19.95 charges that they made against my MasterCard in one day. At any rate, I have asked my MasterCard people to block any further charges from these people.
Does anyone know exactly how this outfit has managed to evade being fined or managing to exist as long as they have?
I too was scammed by this company SOMEONE PLEASE STOP THEM AND LET US GET OUR MONEY BACK
I do not wish to have this account entered on the debit card. Please discontinue it. I don't even remember setting this up. The only thing I used the debit card for was to see what his credit account was & this was done with his knowledge. Mrs Florence E Parker
I received, in today's mail a paperstating I signed up for this account on my debit card. I did not sign for anything and would like to unsubscribe it. My signature is florencepkr@yahoo.com . I do not like being charged for anything on my husband's debit card & I know nothing was charged on his credit card. I will inform him this note was made out to you
We just discovered my husbands credit card was charged twice within two days $16.95 and then each month the same for five months. We never authorized nor do we have any idea about these charges. After reading so many complaints I suggest we bring a "class action suit" against the company for unlawful use of our money, making a profit from the taking of our money which has caused each oif us one heck of a lot of stress. Not to mention the lack of yrust they have caused. For all those who agree please say so. We live in Oregon but the state that brings the action on bwehalf of all injured, doesn't matter. Let's stop these fraudsters! Let's shut them down!
