I have applied and paid for Fiber on the 28 September 2023 - i have spoken to several of your consultants and all of which is given me a different story
I have informed web africa that i received my power cable on 5 October and need activation - till date no activation has been done
I have sent pictures of plugged in rooter as well as Fiber box that is on to your support consultant - yet i have not been activated
I have spoken to one of your consultants yesterday and inform them i would like to cancel my service with Web Africa - as i am no happy with the service i have received - i am the one doing follow ups on daily basis only to receive feedback that is different witch each consultant - i do have the screen shots to provide you who i have spoken to as mentioned it is several people
Yesterday i informed your support consultant that i would like to cancel the service and request a refund i have informed them from the beginning this will be a business line - so it does not make sense to wait so long for fiber and without even given support. She told me that it will be activated yesterday we are a day after yesterday and almost at end of the next day and yet still i am not activated - as i will now be asking for another service provider to assist me
