I'm really sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you're having with Web Africa Networks. It's incredibly disappointing to have paid for an installation back on 08/06/2024 and still be waiting without any progress.

It’s unacceptable that you’ve been given the runaround and told to wait for a call with no follow-up. You’ve been more than patient, and it's high time you received the service you paid for.

I hope Web Africa Networks sees this and takes immediate action to get your installation completed. You deserve timely and reliable service, and this delay is certainly not reflecting well on their customer care.
