I have been transferred to various incompetent support members like; Tebogo N and Majied P. Once I explain that I am moving on 29-12-23 to a premises where they don't supply fiber, I get transferred again to someone else that is mare incompetent. Then you get this message; Hi, Willie-the-bot here, I'm still trying to put you through to one of our Live Chat agents, they'll message you as soon as they're available. If however you'd prefer to cancel the Live Chat request, simply type ENDCHAT.
I have waited for 30min plus, and then you have to start all over.
I tried to phone the sales line and was connected to a lady that sounds like she is running a daycare, and when I told her that I need to cancel my service she suddenly couldnt hear me on the phone. She told me that there is no contact method for accounts other than live chat.

Web Africa is completely unethical. Please don't take out contracts with them. It's impossible to get assistance on their " live chat " because no agent ever comes back to contact you.
