I don't even know we're 2 start this webafrica they will give people health problems. It's a struggle to get help I'm with them for just over a month and I have 2 say bad service my wifi been off for 5 days tried now for days 2 get hold of them but what up doesnt work call only sales department and phone whole day and all I get is we will escalate it to tech but nothing I'm still waiting my wifi is more of then it's on Why IS It So hard to get custome service.they all double depit me and even after all the evidence like sms and bank statement they still denied they took the money so I paid R1200 for a R399 package that I do even get wifi for. So just a warning pls u been
