It is a body without any control or check. Complaints are not heard. it is not transparent, it kept my evaluation pending for more than 2 years and I have not received my evaluation so far. Finally they deactivated my account saying I was not active. Complete lie it is. These guys are money mongers. Beware. I paid to my Indian Institute (IITK) for verification, paid WES fee and also the fee for expediting the process. They never did it. They kept saying that my institute is not responding. It is a scam. some PR or citizenship agents must have been doing wrong things in the system to keep us hanging and waste our time and money. I don't understand what is the reason but I can smell the corruption.

WES is a kind of organizational jungle. Collect all the slips with payment you made, messages you sent, and anything else that proves that you worked hard. Complain to your country’s credential evaluation supervising body formally about it. Additionally, if WES operates under regulatory bodies then the issue should be escalated there. You can also share it on various review platforms and social media sites as well to alert others. Also think about hiring an attorney who will help you in case they have broken their contract by not delivering what was promised. Don’t allow them to take your cash without providing any services.
