World Education Services [WES] ECA report (Document-by-Document)

Please understand my situation. I would require an "additional report" for IRCC from WES Canada. I understand that my ECA report (Document-by-Document) does not have an expiration date. the official transcripts were sent directly by the institution (Manav Bharti University, Himachal Pradesh), and you all verified the information and later issued the attached ECA report, according to the WES Canada. WES examined the data and provided the ECA report [edited] on June 27, 2016. The Canadian Equivalency Summary for my Master's degree

Every university charges a fee to verify official transcripts for WES Canada; I paid those fees in the past around June, 2016, do you think it's reasonable for WES Canada to ask clients to pay such fees multiple times for the same verification? I'd like this case to be escalated to WES Canada's director.

I have paid for the service ECA report (Document-by-Document), so please update your reports according to the ECA report [edited] released on June 27, 2016, or remove the following credential for Manav Bharti University, Himachal Pradesh. Do justice to your clients and please provide a solution!

If WES Canada failed to validate my credentials before providing the ECA report in 2016, please issue a refund of $322.05 or kindly update my report status as per the attached ECA report issued by WES Canada as on June 27, 2016 if you have properly confirmed my credentials.

I have already reported this to Better Business Bureau [edited]. How can WES change the status to "on hold" since the attached ECA report was completed 5 years ago by WES Canada ? According to the ECA assessment, the official transcripts were sent directly by the university. WES evaluated the data and issued the attached ECA report [edited].

World Education Services [WES] ECA - Absolutely incompetent! WES is the worst company to get your Education credentials evaluated!

I sent my transcripts to WES in April 2021 and uploaded my transcripts online to their database shortly after.
My english transcript from my German 10 years of "Realschule" school was accepted and also my Bachelor degree which was a Bachelor Professional of Hotelmanagement (Hotelmeisterin) by the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry issued in english was accepted and I followed up online through my account and they sent me by E-mail updates. What they have not accepted was everything else and I needed to contact 4 institutions to have my transcripts translated from German into English and to have sent the German and English version of each transcript to WES in a sealed stamped envelop. This has cost me alot of research and contacting every institution. I had to pay the chamber of commerce and industry in Franfurt am Main a fee of 70 Euros for having issued an additional suporting document that stated that my Bachelor degree was valid and the signature on there aproved by Government bodies. The chamber of commerce and industry in Freiburg requested a fee of 25 Euros for having my aprenticeship certificates issued in English and German and sent to WES. The chamber of commerce and industry in Mannheim has cost me alot of effort to having those certificates issued and sent to WES, since they were hesitant to issue them at all, but did in the end for my Instructor education and sent them to WES as well. My school in Germany issued me the transcript and sent it with a letter to WES as well. Then the nightmare started. I received my report firstly online and later it was sent to me in July 2021 (issued June 25th 2021). But on my report have been missing my instructor education and my bachelor degree. Both my instructor education and the bachelor degree are belonging in Germany together. I thought ok mistakes happen and Canada does not know our education system and their education system might be different as well. So I contacted since June 2021 WES through several messages. I asked them why my bachelor degree was not on the report and if the transcripts had arrived from the chamber of commerce and industry. But they failed to give me an answer! For instance I messaged this to WES:
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing again to you and want to know which documents do you have received ?
1. Have the transcripts (certificates) for Bachelor Professional of Hotelmanagement CCI from the Industrie und Handelskammer Frankfurt am Main, Germany arrived?
The reply I received was: Dear xxxxx,
Thank you for choosing World Education Services (WES).
Your evaluation has been completed based on all documents accepted by WES. Your completed evaluation report was mailed on 06/25/2021 by standard delivery to the address provided.
So I contacted WES again and again in several messages and latest I contacted their management, but got right away an automated reply.
All I wanted to know was, if my transcripts have arrived for which I had paid 70 Euros and why my bachelor degree was not on the report.
The reply finally arrived via E-mail saying the following, :
Thank you for contacting us with your concerns regarding your completed evaluation.
Please be advised that WES considers your "Hotelmeisterin" qualification to be a predominantly vocational qualification which does not lend itself to an academic equivalency in Canada. As such, the qualification was omitted from the report.
The report has been reviewed and we have concluded that there are no errors in the report. Therefore, no changes will be made to the evaluation report.
We would like to stress that evaluations prepared by World Education Services are offered as advisory opinions and, as such, they are not binding upon any institution or organization.
Sincerely, WES Evaluations Team

So according to WES my Bachelor degree is not valid? because it is not equivalent to the Canadian academics? Still I have done this degree and in Europe is is recognized as a Level 6 of the European Qualifications Framework. After this is only Level 7 for Master degree and Level 8 for the Doctor title-

I do understand that the education system in Canada is different, but the degree from Germany should be still on the report, eventhough not equivalent or recognized in Canada.

I have paid alot of fees to do this Bachelor degree. And WES would not put it on the report because it is not recognized here? Who is WES to tell me that their report is correct? I want my money back from WES!

World Education Services [WES] the poor answer to something unexpected

My name is Paola Rodriguez (WES # 5060907).
I payed WES services because I needed to validate my Master Diploma. At the beginning of july, I received an e-mail saying that everything was OK and that my report was supposed to be ready on August and that inmediately they were going to send it according to my instructions ( I had chosen standard mail delivery).

Unfortunately, on last week, I realized that the Ecuadorian mail service went to bankrupt, so packages and documents sent are getting lost or returned. For this reason I wrote inmediately to inform this on july 14, asking to change the way of sending, and I did not expect the answers I received.

First they told me I could not modify my application?, then they told me that if I want other copies I have to ask them at the web page? and finally they told me that I could not ask for a change in delivery because the document was already sent. When I checked, the document had been sent on july 14 and I had been writing since july 12, and they had told me they were going to send on august.

So, now, I will never receive my document!

I am sending attached all the prooves.

World Education Services [WES] ICAP verification package

- bought the ICAP verification package for 245 USD in April
- sent and uploaded documents by early May
- as only my degree certificate did not get verified, I called the costumer service -> they asked me to upload again
- uploaded again on: 12/May, 26/May, 28/June, 1/July
status up my file: "not received" (last updated 8/July)

After calling since June now every week with the Costumer Service, I am helpless. I am asking every week what I can do from my side, every week I get the advice to upload again. I reached a dead end. Dear WES team, please finish the job. This service was shockingly bad, and it contiues.

This was NOT delivered and was retured to you back. Scot received it. It contained ORIGINAL DIPLOMA from INSTITUTE (Russia)

This was received, but contained with:
1) ORIGINAL diploma of Secondary School (Russia)
2) EVALUATION Report of Post-secondary degree(BD/MD)

So I still don't have:
1) ORIGINAL (RUSSIAN) diploma of Economist
2) EVALUATION of High school Diploma

I am waiting it already more then months. This is ridiculous .

World Education Services [WES] wrong evaluation of my credentials

I needed my undergrad transcript to be evaluated, and they were supposed to simply copy/paste information. Somehow they managed to evaluate my PASSED courses as failed and put "0" as a grade!
I contacted their customer service and talked to a few horrible representatives. They were very unhelpful and unfriendly and even their supervisor made sure to be the least helpful person.

So to sum up, if they charge a lot for their super low quality services. There is no way you can talk to someone responsible and they simply don't care about customer satisfaction!

The saddest part is that their customers are immigrants. And generally speaking, immigrants already face lots of other difficulties and have to deal with deadlines and ... . So no one has the time or resources to file a complaint against them through legal channels.

World Education Services [WES] About length of program on result report

Yesterday, after three months, I have received my credential evaluation from WES: Ref# 4931961 where length of my study program mentioned one year, which is Two years in actual from 02-10-2018 To 19-08-2020.

I requested WES to review the attached Academic report result form and transcript sent by the college to ensure the duration of study program.

They have said there no error in their evaluation. This is really disappointing for a person waiting for past three months and getting a result with full of errors. It looks like this organization just cares about money, they don't care anyone's time and money spent.

Please let us who should be approached to get this fixed.

World Education Services [WES] Customer service and "contact us" form

I will lose my opportunity at a visa due to this company - I believe they are just interested in making money and have no intention of providing a good service. I have been stuck in an accreditation loop for 6 months and contacting WES has been frustrating/impossible (trying "contact us" form on four different browsers and both logged in and out and still sent in a loop back to the front page) and they continually send stock emails in response to attempts to communicate with me or my institution. They will not change the address on my account (saying I can only do this through the "contact us" link that will not work) and refuse to assist me to do this or to actually make any complaint. I spoke to a "Lead Supervisor" who said he has no last name and no email called "Mike" who was extremely blase and unhelpful. He also refused to direct my call or complaint anywhere else claiming that there is no complaints procedure at WES, no higher supervisor I could speak to and no way he could assist me whatsoever.

Desired outcome: My accreditation would be excellent but I have no hope - refund please

World Education Services [WES] Education Credential Assessment Report

I have completed a 2-year full time degree course in MBA from an AICTE and UGC approved institute and my course is also accredited by NAAC.
But WES has awarded my MBA degree a four year's bachelor's degree equivalency /3 year bachelors+ 1yr diploma equivalency in the Canadian ECA assessment report simply because my consolidated mark sheet and degree certificate does not mention that the course is AICTE/UGC approved.

My institute does not follow the practice of mentioning the approvals on the mark sheet or degree certificate. My institute is a well-established Deemed to be University which falls in the purview of AICTE, UGC and NAAC based on the status awarding parameters laid down by the regulating body viz. the Ministry of Education.

This is unbecoming of WES Canada. I have requested for more clarity on this aspect and would like to know as to why my master's degree credential has been downgraded to a bachelor's level equivalency?

Also if there is any way to obtain a letter from my institute ascertaining its Master's level equivalency as per AICTE and UGC norms?

Unfortunately WES Canada hasn't addressed my concern yet. It has crossed 3 weeks now.

World Education Services [WES] Newport university california now janus university programs.

That Newport university does not have any standing & it just distributes Degrees for money?
I completed my distance education program from Mumbai India in 1994 & today find out that my degree has no academic value.

Enclosed find mail as well as documents in support of Newport University in USA (request an email to forward the same), cannot be done here.

World Education Services [WES] Verification of degree

Out of my 2 degrees, 1 has been put on hold saying we need further evaluation from University. I want to question the WES that when the university has sent them the post from their end previously why do they need verification?
I should have understood this if I would have sent the post by myself.
I need my query to be answered.
If this is what they do, I am sorry wasting so much money on the previous post was not required.
We spend a lot of money when we create an account and also when universities ask us to pay for postal charges.

World Education Services [WES] WES# 4839699

My Bachelors & Post graduate Diploma in Commerce certificates got evaluted while the Bachelors In English with Tracking# EL406156109IN which got delivered at the same time wasn't evaluated. The Masters in English certificates should have been delivered to WES by now or should be in transit, sorry I don't have the tracking info for that.
Please provide an update on the evaluation of my English certificates!

World Education Services [WES] I am complaining about my equivalency issued by world education services (wes)

with due respect, it is stated that I have done my four years professional programme BSc (hons) Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from University Of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore Pakistan which started from 23rd january 2012 and ended on 17th may 2016 clearly mentioned on my transcript and degree. on January 16, 2021 I applied for international equivalency to World Education Services (WES) with Reference number #4812328. it issued me three year bachelor degree equivalency. there is no institute/University in world which is offering three years bachelor programme in Medical Laboratory Technology which I have done. my degree is as according as the four years bachelor criteria of any university in world. on the equivalency issued by WES, I can't be able to apply for further licensing to work in my profession. in this way, it can be worsely effect my survival as I knows only that skills.
I requested to WES many times to review my degree but couldn't get any response.

World Education Services [WES] Complaining about wrong evaluation

Dear sir/ madam, My WES no. is 4852382. I have completed my bachelors degree in microbiology from University of Texas at Arlington and my master’s degree from Tribhuvan University in Nepal. As mentioned in website I only sent my master’s degree certificate and transcript to WES. And when WES sent me the evaluation form it sent my masters' equivalency as 4 years bachelor in science. I don't really know how WES comes to this conclusion. My doubt is that WES assumed my bachelors degree is 3 years which most of the students in Nepal have. In Nepal however most of the bachelors degree is now 4 years. I would request WES to reevaluate my certificate and transcripts and if required I am ready to send my bachelors degree certificate and transcripts as well. World Education Services [WES] Course-by-Course Evaluation (ICAP) - Initial Application

I have provided WES with the document they requested, according to their website. However, they put my case on hold for the reason: WES received your document in an envelope that was NOT stamped or signed across the back flap by the appropriate official. Therefore, WES is not able to determine that the document was issued and sent directly by your institution.

Which is not true as I am the one I received and double-check that everything is good, sealed and stamped envelope myself from my university (outside the USA). It's been more than 2 months of contacting and they're still providing me with the same note. They prevented me from enrolling and wasting the opportunity to register and complete my studies for the last term. I hope that I can file compliance against them

World Education Services [WES] Delay in getting Evaluation report

My reference number is 4794608.
It has been more than 20 days and still i have not got my report. The last date to send my new york university is 31st December 2020. It would be wastage of money if i did not get my report in two days maximum. Consider my case as urgent case . Take this case is very seriously. I am very disappointed. My university won't wait for me as they are very particular about deadlines. I would request u to fasten the process and send my report ASAP to my university. I have submitted my application in November and now it's januaray. Now you can imagine how late it is.

World Education Services [WES] Have not got my evaluation report till yet

It has been more than 20 days I haven't got my evaluation report. Please send it to the new york university asap otherwise I will be in big trouble and send some notice till than that you guyz are sending report asap. I am very disappointed with your service. I would never recommend wes to anyone.
