DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I placed an order for Mother's Day on May 6th for a May 7th delivery. I never received an e-mail confirmation so I called the 800 number just to make sure the order went thru. The 800 number you call is just an answering service company and isn't even the actual company you order your flowers from. My order was placed and I was given a confirmation number. The next day (7th) I logged into my account to check status on the order and it showed my order was placed but no delivery information, once again I called the 800# and I was told all they could do was take a message and e-mail the company, I never received a phone call. I checked my credit card and it was charged for the flowers. So now it is the 8th and the flowers still haven't been delivered, I called the 800# again and was told the same thing, they will e-mail the complaint and call me back. Well Mother's Day has passed, and still no flowers have been delivered. This morning I checked the Wesley website and all of a sudden I don't have an account and am unable to log in. I also checked my credit card and now there is no charge that I can see. Luckily I printed the order detail info sheet from the website before they removed my account. This company is a total scam and I am extremly pissed that my flowers were never delivered! I will be reporting this company to the BBB.

This company took my money for my mother's birthday flowers. The day the flowers were to be delivered, I received a morning email from the company informing me the flowers had been delivered to her. I waited an hour later, called my mother to find out that no flowers were ever delivered! I called the company. Spoke to Cody in Customer Service who told me someone would call me back immediately to resolve the problem. No one called me. I saved every email I sent to the company inquiring about my mother's flowers. I finally received two emails from the company at 6:30pm! First email said the flowers were NOT delivered and couldn't be and I would receive a full refund. The second email was from Tammy Manzella that she was sorry that my flowers were not delivered and how she waited until the end of the day to tell me! She told me I would get a full refund. Guess what? My mother's flowers were never delivered and still do not have my money! I am contacting the bank to open a dispute.

Mother's day flowers no show! SCAM!
WATCH OUT! Ordered flowers online with credit card. Guess what NO flowers. Don't bother with the confirmation # or the answering service for there 800#. SCAM
I found this company listed online as a local florist in Sierra Vista Arizona. Thinking they were a local florist I placed an order for a flower arrangment which was priced at 42 dollars. I wanted them delivered in 2 days for my Sons's anniversary. I called on Saturday at 4:00 pm to verify a time. I was getting worried that it was now 1 pm in Arizona and flowers weren't delivered. It took me over 30 minutes to finally reach a live person. That person then told me the delivery would not be made due to a problem with delivery dept. She said they would send multi colored roses which were double what I ordered and a 30 dollar credit on my next order which they would e-mail to me. The roses were delivered 2 days late and It is now over one week and I have not received any credit coupon. Their scam is that they only have one location in Michigan. They advertise as if they are located in all cities which makes you think they are a local florist. If you visit their website on facebook you can see that they sell one dozen roses for 20 dollars. How is that double what I ordered? Refunds take over 2 weeks and that's if you actually get it. I was never notified of their delivery problem either. If I didn't call I wonder when I would have been notified? So you place an order online. They know their not going to deliver. They convince you they will upgrade when in fact it's not an upgrade. Then they ship the flowers from Michigan via FedEx. So my order was 42 dollars. They shipped roses they sell for 20 which probably cost them 13. Paid for FedEx which my be 10 04 12 dollar and they doubled their money. SCAM ARTISTS Florist should be the name and not Wesley Berry. Oh and by the way...you can not leave a negative comment on their facebook page. As soon as you hit post the comment you make (if negative) disappears. What a dump this place is.
I had the same experience with them and I am shocked to now read that they are Scam Artist...I ordered flowers for my ex neighbor's funeral and received a confirmation that they would be there on time. Well, I really felt good about the price until I received an email that there was a problem with my delivery address...wow the only freaking funeral home in that city..How about that? I was then told that they had delivered three days later after the funeral then they told me they would refund me...Well, two weeks and counting...no refund or flowers. What a rip off. I was so embarrassed that my neighbor and family did not receive flowers from me...I am so hurt and can not believe that there was a delivery problem on my end...I bet my credit card numbers and billing info was received for payment!
I also placed a same day order for my father's 90th birthday. It was never delivered and no communication from flowers delivery express/Wesley Berry about a problem with delivery. They have not returned my emails or phone calls and my facebook posts disappeared. I will deal with local florists from now on.
