In my understanding, living the life of your dreams encompasses constant striving towards your goals and deriving satisfaction from the journey itself, let me explain. The life of, for example, an athlete or an artist is about being restless, putting in hard work every single day and getting satisfied with the work done. You don’t start living the life of your dreams when you achieve a certain benchmark or success, instead life of your dreams starts when you begin to take actions and steps towards what you want. It’s when you realising living in the moment and respecting the life that you currently live is the significant first step towards being happy as a person.
