For an overhead tricep press, lift the chin, tuck the elbows in, find a solid stance, and engage the core with a pelvic tilt. Hinge from the elbow, keeping the upper part of the arm stationary as you press straight up, squeezing at the top, and then releasing back down. Keep shoulders pressed down to avoid them hunching up towards the ears.
